We stayed in Unit I23 the condo was really nice and in a pretty good location. The problems we ran into was they didn't have our place ready to get in at 4 o'clock. It was thirty minutes later and things were still not finished. We had to make our own beds because they hadn't put sheets and pillowcases on it. They then came back a little later to bring towels, hand towels, but no wash clothes to which after several calls to no avail no wash clothes at all for the entire week. We had to find a store and purchase the wash clothes. Other than that everything was fine.

Great location. Friendly people, well maintained facility. So much better than the Daytona beaches.

Stayed in I15 for two weeks loved it. Clean and homey, everything you need for a 1st rate vacation. I'm now in N36 not so nice, it's dated and cramped what cabinet space there is, is full of dishes and pantry is full of cleaning supplies.

Nice condo area with easy beach access. It looks like a older timeshare community but apparently it isn't. The apartment was nice but the AirBnB lady lied about there being a fold out bed (no fault of the village of course). People there seem friendly.

Very well kept well managed facility. Long boardwalk. Both pools are great. Surrounded by good restaurants.

Attention prospective renters! Would like to rate -10. We asked immediately upfront if property has an elevator? Was told by agent YES there is an elevator. We have a handicapped guest & we thought great & booked unit on 2nd floor We then found out 2 days later that in truth there is NO ELEVATOR now being told we have to wait 7+days for refund.reporting to BBB to file complaint

Love love love this place. Visited once and next I was buying my own unit, a vacation home. Love the beach, the proximity to the most quaint town I've ever visited and the coffee shop across the street. The resort is well kept and staff are great.

We stayed here during Christmas. This has all the amenities needed. Excellent kitchen if you want to cook. Has washer and dryer. Clean and spacious.

Well designed, spacious and efficient. Grounds, parking lots and buildings well maintained.

Place is very nice n close to beach. A lot of problems in condo that had to be fixed. They took care of problems but too many. Pools are nice n condo is in a great location

The complex is very secure and safe. The walk to the beach however is quite long, especially if you are in some of the front buildings. The pools close at a certain time and you cannot get in them at all, even to try and make a short cut to the beach. I get the reasoning but sometimes our kids wanted to do a swim after getting back from dinner and if it was dark the pools were locked out. Its a great location in town to everything, but for a beach trip you pretty much have to drive onto the beach.

Great condo in the best location. We come every year and always enjoy love spending time with family on the beach.

Enjoyed the access to the beach and the fact that other amenities were available. Our condo was nice. I HATED the fact that this property waters the foliage with what appears to be untreated water. Not only does it smell like raw sewage during watering, the water also leaves a residue on vehicles.

Amy in the office is exceptional and the beach is awesome! However, those are the only nice things I can say about our experience at Ocean Village Club. Property is run down, unit has not been maintained and this doesn't include the fact that the pictures on the website don't accurately depict the view from the condo. Additionally, there are only two key badges provided and these are required to gain access to the community, and the gate to and from the beach. Sooo, if you have more than two people in your group and you're going in two directions (enter teenagers to and from the beach at a different time than you?), you're in trouble. Also, if you bring a pet you will be harassed by the community's "security" if they are unleashed at any time (this includes going to the bathroom) AND your dog is required to wear a special tag on his/her leash as well.
