Suncastle Properties

Suncastle properties handled my rental property for several years. They were most professional. Any time there was an issue either with a tenant or repairs to the property, it was handled promptly without me having to get involved. Matt, the owner was especially helpful and was a great go between me and the homeowner's association. I cannot say enough good things about their property management services and highly recommend them.

Property: JB - 204: The property was advertised to have a Kitchen with Refrigerator (mini)StovetopMicrowaveOvenDishwasherToasterCoffee/tea makerCookware/dishes/utensil, but there was no kitchen at all. Disappointing and felt cheated on the transaction. However, the representative at the management company was very responsive. There was a coffee machine that did not work. Called Suncastle on Sunday, the lady who answered the phone said someone will call and arrange to have it attended to, but no one called until Monday morning.

It was Jennifer who called on Monday and had it replaced. Jennifer also promptly arrange to have the patio light that stopped working fixed the same day it was reported. Sure, she needs appreciation. Though the management company was aware of the misleading description of the amenities, I do not know who was responsible for the false information in the description of amenities on the webpage, owner, VRBO or someone else. But the responsibility must be assumed by the owner on whose behalf the webpage was created.

Lions View 10-2 St. Augustine, FLORIDA. The unit has great potential. The owner was quick to respond to our needs. The location is perfect to watch boats navigate the intercoastal waterway. A short walk across the Bridge of lions and you're in Old Town. I would recommend a focus on maintenance, particularly the powder room and guest bathroom wall fixtures and shower curtains.

More than a dozen light bulbs are burned out in the unit. The safety photo eyes on both garage doors do not work. The doors can be raised remotely but you must hold the wall controls until the doors are fully closed. Once these simple maintenance functions are performed the unit will be a magnificent masterpiece. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at 69 Fisherman's Cove. It was beautiful! We found everything to be as advertised. The appliances were new, mattresses were comfortable and bathrooms were updated with great water pressure! The kitchen was very well appointed with all you need for an extended stay. Matt and staff were great and extremely responsive to our needs. We highly recommend would definitely rent this property again!

We have been with Suncastle Properties since 2017 starting with Sue. All the staff there have been fantastic! Jennifer who is at the front desk is always my 'go to' person. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional! When I need other answers she passes me on to Matt or Mark-who are equally great! Matt always returns my calls and is able to answer my questions and works with us.

I have to also give a shout out to Dermott, who is fantastic at fixing whatever problem may pop up at our place. Suncastle has done a great job keeping our property rented, even after times got challenging with Covid. We feel very lucky to have a dedicated team to manage our property.

I booked my stay with Suncastle properties and was very excited to visit the area. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit and threw our plans into chaos. After some initial confusion, the management team at Suncastle was able to refund our money to us. They were very understanding and treated us with respect. I would recommend them to my friends and won't hesitate to use their services the next time I plan to visit the area.

Mark, Matt and the Suncastle team do a great job managing our property. They bought Suncastle Properties a few years back, and at the time the reputation and reviews were not good. They have turned things around, treating both property owners and tenants with integrity, honesty and responsiveness. I would highly recommend Suncastle Properties for your property management and vacation rental needs.

First time we decided to try to rent our condo, we came across a Suncastle brochure. Contacted Suncastle, and Mark met with us, reviewed our property came up with a rental amount we thought reasonable, and rented our condo. After rental expired (6 months), we inspected and found everything in good order. When we had questions along the way, Suncastle was responsive.

The unit at Quail Point unit 530 needs some improvements. Rug in the dining room is worn out and should be removed or replaced. Then the carpet in the master bedroom should be either cleaned up thoroughly or replaced (bad smell). The vacuum cleaner had such a bad smell that we had to put it outside and need to be cleaned up or replaced. We have spent already a few weeks and asked Suncastle to reach out to the owner without success. To say the least we will stay in another unit as owner does seems to care much. Other than that it is a great location and Suncastle were great.

Let me start by saying that I lived in a Suncastle property in Ponte Vedra Beach for 2 years and Matt and his team were the most amazing property managers that I have had the pleasure to work with. They were very personable and attentive to all of the needs that I had. I would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent long term or for short term purposes.
