Not responsive! Worse management and parking company. I called and left several voicemails and even had security send an email with my contact information. And 3 days have passed an no response. Automatic parking ticket feeder got my credit card (didn't return it) and no body was able to assist me at the moment, much less respond by phone. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I'VE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THEIR TENANTS FOR 20+ YEARS.
Not even a call back to see when I can recover my credit card.now I have deal with the hassle of canceling my credit card and still risk my information out there stuck in their parking machine. You would think they would call me to resolve this issue and help out! Nope. TERRIBLE!

Okay. So I rent both properties (office/apartment) from Jamison and I've heard countless horrible reviews about this management but had a limited option when it comes to a K-town. So it's been a couple of years with them and the management is extremely incompetent and NEVER answers the phone call or takes care of the complaints properly nor in timely manner.
Okay to the MAIN POINT now, we are all having a hardship currently due to COVID-19 and I believe there's been many landlords/banks/companies who were considerate enough to take care of their tenants/customers' payments. Nevertheless, when I reach out to them, the response I've got was a mere COPY/PASTE protocol e-mail from the company saying "We aren't able to give rent abatement or discounted rent at this time. but can be reviewed by case by case later?" I know they own many properties in both downtown/ktown and as a same Korean community, maybe I was expecting too much again. 1star is not even worth this company. AVOID AT ALL COST.

BUILDING OWNERS MANAGED BY JAMISON - PLEASE READ THIS - I want to give Jamison more than a two star, but their team continues to make me want to leave our building. I've have worked inside a Jamison managed building in Los Angeles for two years. The other tenants said Jamison is wonderful for the owners because they maximize profits by ignoring tenant requests and pushing issues down the road.
This turned out to be true. The building upkeep is minimal, the bathrooms look like a public restroom and I eventually just got used to finding cockroaches inside my office. I can't wait until the day I can move my team out. The sad part is that I would have actually considered staying here if they had just done gone the extra mile to keep their tenants happy. Hope those extra profits were worth it.

These people are literally incompetent and their broker is just as well when it comes to inquiries about renting an office. I got 3 numbers to call to rent and office because their other office in Encino in suite 210 dr Randy Martin was such a rude jerk renting offices all over Craigslist that there is really no office to be rented so I inquired about my own office.
The number I called said oh you have to talk to my associates Jeremy and kept passing the buck. How long will companies like this exist without good customer service? They obviously have enough money as to not care if their offices get rented or not, and don't even come if you are black or African American. Too bad for them racists!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I rented their property in Orange County in the city of Costa Mesa on 19th St. These people are out right liars. When moving out I showed them a copy of my signed lease showing what my security deposit was and they produced paperwork showing that my security deposit was a lot less. They wanted me to take them to court which would've been a waste of my time and money taking a whole day off of work. However, I can voice my experience to all of you to say that these people are liars, cheats and just horrible down right people.
Tell everyone that you know that if you rent from them, they will NOT have a good experience. I was loyal to them for nine years never missing a rent payment and always on time and this is how they treat me! They will lie to you to your face in order to get you to sign with them. I I am releasing all my bad energy to them now that they can deal with that on their own karmic level. BAD LUCK IS ON THEM NOW!

One of the most unprofessional and sleazy real estate companies I've ever encountered in my 8 years as a renter. I should have looked up their reputation before hand (a truly remarkable all 1-star company). I toured Morgan Lofts, an apartment owned by this company, and applied immediately after because the agent said it was first-come, first-serve.
The agent said getting the lease ready would take 2-3 days. 10 days later, the agent said he rented it out to someone else. The agent takes up to 48 hours to respond to emails and requires multiple follow up reminders to reply. During those 10 days all the other apartments elsewhere I would have applied for got leased. This company may also practice illegal housing discrimination if you reveal a disability that needs accommodation.
I demanded my application fee to be refunded, and their marketing director reached out saying they would refund it. I have yet to receive a refund or a reply to my many follow up emails.

This is in reference to the City Center and 6th parking lot. The parking attendant refused to let me go even when I had validation. I gave him the receipt but he refused to accept it saying I was off by two cents. Minimum required purchase was $10. The receipt stated $9.98. I offered to pay two cents if it was such a big deal. He refused. Then I offered to go back in and purchase more.
He refused. He demanded that I pay him in order to leave. Cars started to back up because he was intent on making money off of me. Then he walked to the cars behind me and announced, "everyone, she won't pay." I'm not kidding. The purpose of validation is to prevent people from parking for free. It defeats the whole purpose to when someone has apparently patronized the place of business.
I asked when these rules were in place because it had always been free with purchase. He said it was a "new rule." Sure. At that point, I realized that they were running a bait and switch business. The parking lot was intent on baiting people so they can make $$$ off of you based on arbitrary rules conjured up that day. Highly unethical and Money Hungry.

Jamison Services owns Central Plaza Parking in KTown, Los Angeles. I have been using Central Plaza Parking in Koreatown, Los Angeles for two years. Every year they increase the monthly rate by $10. It's up to $120 a month. Ok. Fine. That's higher than a lot of parking rates in the city, but it's still manageable. As of this month, June 2017, there is a new policy: All monthly customers will be charged the daily rate for removing their cars from 9am-3pm.
So that means for people like me, who work at 11am or 12pm or 1pm: I have to PAY the $16 or wake up at 8:30am during rush hour to move my car and HOPE I find street parking in a crowded area even tho I am already paying $120 a month! It's outrageous! I have to change my entire life and bend to my parking garage's schedule or pay up to $350 a month in parking fees? CRIMINAL BULLSHIT! That's not right.
It looks bad. Everyone I have told about has thought this is a terrible shameless cash grab at the expense of LOYAL customers. We are definitely going public with this and are contacting the Better Business Bureau. -Danny

If you are a contractor looking to provide services for Jamison Serices, Inc. my advice to you is. Don't! Jamison seems to be in the habit of ignoring calls, not following up and giving out excuses! And do not expect to be paid on time or the full amount! In the 25 years we have been in business, we have never experienced such horrible service and have never been treated as insignificantly and rudely as Jamison has treated us. They contract you then does not pay you. We will never do work for Jamison again and warn anyone else from working with them on their properties.

NO. NO. NO. The worst management company ever! The Inglewood property ALWAYS had issues with plumbing. At least once a month, the water was being shut off for "maintenance and repairs" which consisted on mostly duck taping already rusty old pipes. I was terrified to drink anything from the tap. The hot water had particles in it. My car was broken into and vandalized while inside the garage. The neighbors are awful. I was so happy to move until the stiffed me for my deposit. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!
