Currently Marc Realty employs over 300 people. Sol Weiner is deceased and today the company is headed by its three principals, Elliot Weiner, Larry Weiner and Jerry Nudo.

Alan Raphaeli is a Senior Director at Marc Realty where he focuses on leasing the Suburban property portfolio. Alan works closely with his clients to create the creative solutions to their office leasing challenges. Alan has worked with every type of tenant over the last 31 years with Marc Realty. He eagerly pursues new clients and in turn achieves exceptional results.

We are a nonprofit organization that leased office space for many years from Marc Realty. The pandemic significantly impacted our business, resulting in our decision to not renew our lease. We left the space in November of last year and still have not received the return of our security deposit. While we have been patient, our patience has now run out and we are getting the runaround from the property manager who is now avoiding our calls. I do not recommend anyone doing business with Marc Realty.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness My point of contact was Keya from Marc Realty and she was very responsive initially, but in a manner with little courtesy or professionalism. In the end, she never returned my email about an important matter so I called to talk over the phone and she hung up on me mid-sentence. Wow.

Marc realty just bought a building my daughter has lived in for 2 years. Her lease was up on November 29th and and she didn't get it ultill October 1st. They are now kicking her out on the street. When we called and spoke with them they laughed at us and didn't help. I've been a business owner for 30 years and thats not how you conduct business. I will say it maybe the owners aren bad but Laura makes them look bad.
