It's really unfortunate to have to leave a review like this after using Casago for so many years, but every time we book it's always some bs. They don't know how to communicate and are quick to threaten cancellation if you don't respond right away. They are not professional and don't have basic customer service skills. If people are paying, make an effort and go above and beyond to keep loyal customers coming. You're better off just booking directly with a resort or airbnb. It's extra unnecessary stress when people are rude.

0/0 Stars I do not give Casago a start for any service. This company's integrity, ethics, and management are poor. Our family booked Princesa de Penasco for 05/28- 5/31/2020, and an email was sent on 05/16/2022 stating that the room was canceled from their helpdesk@casago.com. However, that same afternoon 5/16, a confirmation letter was issued saying that everything was confirmed from the same email helpdesk@casago.com and my husband spoke with Jose, who ensured everything was good to go.
My husband is active military, and this family vacation was something we were looking forward to on 05/22. We got a call from the Princesa de Penasco management stating we have no room once again. Only one email was sent to us regarding any cancellation, and a confirmation was sent out the same day that through us off. My husband called, and the princesamanager@casago.com manager was condescending, rude, and offered no assistance besides repeating herself repeatedly that five emails were sent out.
When asked for screenshots, they only provided the original email sent on 05/16 and no more additional communication. The manager, Mariana, thought she put us on mute; however, she did not and was speaking badly about my husband in the background, and this goes to show the poor lack of character, training, and customer service. We spoke to another lady Sulema, and she entered the call, and we let her know that we could hear the manager Mariana speaking badly she did not put herself on mute.
This is when Sulema tried to save face and said she would send the five screenshots sent. The email sent only showed one screenshot of 05/16 and nothing more. At this point, the ladies hung up the phone as they were caught in a lie and wanted to get us off the call. The lack of training, integrity, and assistance was evident in these two women who spoke severely about customers and could not own up to the fact that Casago did not communicate with each other. There needs to be more triage & training for Casago employees to learn how to address customers. We will not be recommending anyone to Casago for rentals to Puerto Penasco.

You never know how good the customer service is at a business until you have a problem. While there was an issue with my reservation, I was able to escalate the problem quickly through two layers of management and the issue was resolved within just a couple of hours. The following day I got a call from the owner of the company to confirm everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Well done Casago!

Stayed 5 days with 5 couples at Sorelle Vineyard in Cornville, AZ. The Estate was beautiful, well appointed and meticulously maintained. There was more than enough room for gathering, and enough space for some privacy when needed. Big Blue AZ skies and a fantastic location opened up the Verde Valley to short day trips. Great local history, shopping, dining, and wineries close by made our stay at Sorelle Vineyard memorable. Many thanks to the host, we will definitely return. Oh and by the way Marty, I won the Bocce tournament!

I rented a 2 bedroom condo in Rocky Point. Week before we my friend was in an accident ad couldn't go. We could not reschedule or get a refund. I went anyway since I already paid the $1200. The second day there the water heater exploded and flooded the condo. I cleaned up some of the water and turned off the water heater and the water source. Spent almost all day in the condo. No apologies or a day pro-rated refund. Not a customer based company. Extremely disappointing experience.

Deplorable company. very kind and helpful in completing our reservation and taking our money. Then suddenly without cause, canceled our reservation the night before. Asserting that we did not pass a background check which is an absolute absurdity. We have excellent credit, income, and not so much as a parking ticket. It also begs the question, why wasn't a background check performed before we signed the agreement and paid the money?
If that weren't enough, we never provided any information necessary to perform a background check nor did we authorize one. So many many questions here. Most importantly, where is our money?! Horrific company and business practices. Start far away!

HORrible host they will ruin your whole stay only when it's over they feel they have leverage over you when they don't this reputation won't last long people will eventually realize this host is highway robbery And then when u leave a review they either reply back and say there is no record of your being there Don't deal with them.

We were originally given a large 3-bedroom townhouse in a great location on August 6 for Nov. 7 to Nov. 20. It was cancelled unexpectedly on Oct. 27 about 1 1/2 weeks before we were due to arrive due to a "plumbing" problem. We were offered 3 inferior choices - worse locations, smaller and not nearly as nice as the original one (or seemed like it based on the pictures).
With so little notice and due to current inflation, we didn't have much of a choice. Though we were promised a reimbursement for any price differences, this never happened. Not ready for Prime time: The property was in no way ready for us due to: No "welcome packet" with helpful information, No garage door opener (received after 1 1/2 weeks), No key for the pool, Old towels, almost no supplies, missing standard items (Only one TV in the entire place/none in the Master Bedroom / No dresser in one of the bedrooms), furniture that did not fit properly in the house (In one bedroom, it had 2 twin beds that were stuffed in, making it impossible to close the door without moving a bed). Initially, we did have a cleaning crew come in and a very nice repairman to fix the supplies issue, but no response afterwards. We subsequently had a fly infestation and received some spray, etc for that one. Not fun.

I own a vacation home in Surprize, AZ. Casago is the management company that has been renting it for me for the last 5 years. Casago has taken great care of my home and it has rented it almost full time. They regularly go to the house to check on it, even when it is not rented. If you need a management company to rent out your vacation home then Casago will take good care of you.

Casago deserves ZERO stars but unfortunately I have to give at least 1 start to leave this review. casago as the management company failed us on our trip to Tucson in so many ways. Never rent from casago again ever! We arrived at the condo in Tucson only to find very worn and dirty looking carpets ( previous reviews from a year ago said the exact same thing so it appears any complaints to casago fall on deaf ears! - but even if they sent carpet cleaners to clean while we were there why in the world would I pay to sit around while 'carpet cleaners' are inside the condo I am renting. how inconvenient and wasteful of my time!) The coffee maker was broken, no coffee was provided and the coffee filters were counted out 1 for each day we were there ( coffee filters are quite expensive I guess ). 2 towels per bathroom for a week's stay. no pool towels for a resort destination? ( good thing they left 2 laundry pods to wash the towels ), everything in general was just cheap and not prepared for a week's stay. even the large salt and pepper shakers on the table.no salt and just a shake or two of pepper ( why even bother to have them out? ) The walls in the living room and bedrooms were decorated with colored place matts. that says it all as to how cheap casago's "standard" is.
Communication was the worst ever, they did not respond to calls or emails but after I complained directly to casago via email they decided to leave me a 2 star review on the vrbo website ( I didn't bother to leave a review there but I'm making up for it here. I'm thinking they wanted to ding my rating in advance of thinking I would do so to them. that's just unprofessional and childish ). For the $$$ paid in fees for booking and the cleaning fee. casago definitely ripped me off and then acted like a child when they receive a complaint. wow!

Casago, the old Seaside rentals has always tried to stay in place as one of the best rental companies and make the Americans feel comfortable. I have had great clarity and service for the most part over the years booking, checking in, checking out asking for needs or any questions necessary. Available hours are great! They are as efficient and technically/email current as America.
Offer personal concierge and phone access for any needs. They maintain a LOT of properties out of several offices. We prefer Las Conchas still although most tourist seemed to feel different, I wish Las Conchas gets its old desire back and a check in office there soon! Love the new SIX "home run" market in LC though! that is a 30 years to late.home run for sure!
Town is as sweet as always! Some making up for losses; Some restaurants/bars are way overcharging. Police are diligent these days about the unclear stop signs/speeding! (so pay attention better) All good, as long as it's for *both: locals and Americans, not just us! Some of our large group (22) felt it was targeted. But traffic control for safety can never be discounted.

Casago is ruining the short term beach rental market in the Santa Barbara area. They are not part of the community and are located out of state. They only care about profit, not service. Please go with a local company instead--you will get better rates, service, and availability. Try contacting the actual owner, or try MurphyKing, or any other local rental agency.

It was my first time using Casago for vacationing purposes and I am extremely satisfied with the recommendations made via phone to us by Agent Luis Gutierrez, who was the most patient, friendly and helpful during our call. He made several recommendations according to what we were looking for our stay in Puerto Penasco. He also made the registration process so much easier, we didn't have to do much after but provide payment info and be ready to check in next day at Sonoran Sky.

We stayed at the Sonoran Sky Resort/condominiums for 3 days and I left wanting to return in the summer. The place's security standards are high and staff is very respectful, helpful and friendly.
The condo I stayed at was impecable and had everything we needed for cooking purposes. It was completely furnished and as long as you don't break anything, you'll get your security deposit fee reimbursed fully. I can hardly wait to book with Casago at another location!

We had a horrible experience renting from this company. The condo we rented in the Sonoran Sea Resort had a dryer with huge rust spots in it, the coffee maker was broken, the second bed had no sheets, and there were none to be found in the condo anywhere. The heat did not work the first night, and they fixed it the next day, but could not help us with the other items.
I was charged a $300 damage deposit and had to dispute it with my credit card company because the email they gave me bounced and no one would answer the phone. In addition, I was billed a $9 fee for the damage deposit they should not have charged at all. Would not recommend this company.

Stayed in a property in Scottsdale and had police called on me for no reason. Police didn't even know why. Property was dirty, and worst of all 2 casago employees entered the property while my 4 children were down stairs running around. And both walked out apologizing. These were separate days. Try to stay away from Logan. He's has horrible customer service.

We made a reservation 09/20 for a 2 week stay in Santa Barbara arriving 3/21 hoping the pandemic statistics would get better. It was clear that the Covid-19 pandemic was worsening in CA. SB county issued a no out of state travel ban and no nonessential businesses open. We immediately canceled our reservation 01/08/21. We also cancelled another 2 week stay in the area with another rental agency and were immediately refunded our deposit. Casago would not refund our deposit of $5,000.
No response to our emails concerning our refund. I would never do business with a company that ignores the safety of their clients, that does not communicate, nor do they refund for any reason. It was not only Steve in SB office but the main office was unresponsive as well. Stay away from Casago!

Unfortunately my children were mandated quarantine due to Covid 19 explosure. Five day prior to my reservations I canceled my reservation. I was told I would not receive a refund because it was too close to the date of my reservation but I was told I could rebook for a small fee. The day after my reservation, I received an email stating that I could no longer rebook because my reservation has passed and I had to rebook 20 prior.
When I called I spoke to Maria O. and explained my frustration. She showed no attempt to remedy the situation and openly laughed at me. I will never do business with Casago again. The unprofessional poor customer service was unacceptable. I will continue to visit Puerto Penasco several times a year but I will make sure to warn all of my friends of your horrible company.

Casa No Go! Zero stars! We had a lovely stay this weekend in Rocky Point. We got 2 condos. The rooms were beautiful. But on the drive home I got a call telling me that there were scratches one of the TVs. What? I asked them to send me a picture. What they sent was picture of a piece of wood that had scratches. They charged us an extra $133.00. Straight up hustle!
Before you stay at a Casago rental be sure to take pics when you walk through the door. It was only a $133.00 bucks, but it's the principle. I never put a place on blast. But.

I would give Casago 0 stars but Yelp makes me choose at least one to leave a review. I booked a home three months in advance of a trip to Scottsdale via AIRBNB which happened to be a Casago home. My family and I drove roughly eight hours from California to Arizona and two hours before checking into the house, I received a phone call from Casago telling me that my rental wasn't suitable to be stayed in because the pool was drained (unbeknownst to them.) and they would be placing me in a new home.
There were two houses available and they had me choose from the two. There were no other options of refund or anything else. Because I had no other choice in that moment, I chose another home from the two they provided. Before checking into the new house we went by the original booking, and they were right. The house was completely unsuitable to be stayed in.
So much so that it was hard to believe they didn't try to defraud us by renting the house to begin with. The place was destroyed and the pool was completely dry. complete with a dead rat. Shortly after viewing the ordinal booking. We checked into the 'new' rental and it was fine. Had similar amenities of the first home and while I was VERY upset, I didn't want to ruin the week long vacation with my family by putting effort into a fight with Casago.
One day after checking into the 'new' house, we receive another call from Casago telling us that they intend on kicking us out of the current rental a day early of our departure because they double booked the home. To which I told them, I refused. After the call we again drove to the original booking and saw that they did not clean the pool but were attempting to fill it so they could stick us back into the home.
The pool was filled with debris. The porch and all of the furniture was disgusting and dirty. I had to contact AirBNB and it was a huge mess that completely took away from the time I had in Scottsdale. I will NEVER book through Casago again and I highly recommend no one else do so. I travel for a living and have never ever experienced such a complete and utter disaster.

We stayed with CasaGo in June for the kids graduation from college and high school celebration. It was an amazing trip staying at the Princesa de Penasco and then taking a sunset cruise on the Seniorita Rita. CasaGo's attention to detail, quick checkin time and the ability to answer our questions about restaurants and quad rentals made the trip just an absolute joy. My wife and I are planning other vacations by the areas that CasaGo services in the United States and Mexico. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We rented a casago property this past weekend in Scottsdale and it was the best rental experience we've ever had. The staff was extremely helpful and their customer service was above and beyond what we could have ever expected. They even decorated the house for my friends birthday.it was icing on the cake! We will definitely be using their services again soon!

We have worked with Casago for many years and they have never failed to give us a great experience from booking to check in to checkout. Our favorite is staying at the Princesa Resort on Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco. A quiet, beautiful resort and the condo we always stay in is top notch with all the amenities we could ever want and need. I highly recommend them for all of your travel accommodation needs.

RAT PROBLEM! Casago Property Management failed in their ability to manage this BASIC HEALTH CONCERN and is poor at delivering the basic management services for the property we were staying at. The property was vastly overpriced, and was NOT AS NICE AS IT LOOKED in the pictures: "Recently restored" should have said "Rustic and utilitarian". If it was half the price, it would have been acceptable. Amenities offered were of poor quality (beds, linens) and in need of repair or a detailed cleaning (bathroom).
Too much paperwork: multiple emails with forms, rules & regulations from Casago, and then the expectation that you drive to their office to get [bad] directions and lock box info! No information printout once we arrived, had to call again to get wifi info. Then the rats. When we found our fruit half eaten on the counter and rat poop throughout the kitchen drawers we booked accommodation elsewhere, and called to let Casago know that we were checking out early and why.
After several calls back and forth "to check with supervisors, " they said they would send paperwork for our requested refund. It has been 5 days and we have NOTHING FROM THEM! They did not take the situation seriously - no apology, no assurance of compensation. DO NOT RENT A CASIGO PROPERTY!

I used Casago when my house flooded about 3 months ago. The insurance company worked with this company. The property was clean when we got there. We enjoyed our stay. We did have problem with the pool not heating about 2 weeks into the stay. Their pool team was out to meet me the next afternoon and ended up working to get the parts for us that day.
