Erin might be the best property manager ever! She is so personable and accommodating.! I would be remiss to leave out Maintenance Man Mike, who might be the coolest guy to address your housing issue that you've ever met. Matt and Emily are super attentive and won't leave you hanging (weekends/holidays). But Erin is what made me renew my lease. I know she has my back and she advocates for the lessees! Not sorry I sought out this neighborhood!

We've been working with Middel for about 6 months and feel so fortunate to know this team! A special shoutout goes to their maintenance technician Mike. He is so patient, chill, trustworthy, kind, and swift! Any work order we place gets resolved super quick and courteously. Thank you Mike for all you have done for us.

We have lived in a Middel home for 5+ years and it's been a great experience. The owners have been wonderful and super responsive. When our water heater went out they replaced it within the hour with no issue. They keep up with the properties and are always available. I've lived in a lot of places and had various experiences but this experience has been the best. Thank you Middel Realty!

Aloha, We rent the house from the Middel Realty since 2008. we moved from Hawaii. Since the day one, we have no issues with them at all. We live in this house for 13 years and no place we want to go. The Middel Realty always exceed our expectations and surprises us with a great services. We only know them and we don't want to know any other realtors unless we need to move out. Wouldn't recommend, they blocked my other review on google so I'll post here. NO boundaries even for being a rental, they "send" out emails saying they'll enter the home or be outside the home in between these 2 weeks. they don't knock or just say "hey we're here doing." They keep their mom inside the truck all day but she still gets out and enters homes unannounced or uses the restroom outside ( witnessed by numerous people).

They do nothing when another resident enters the home at night intoxicated and spewing sexual innuendos while my friend and our husbands were gone, along with sleeping children in the living room. There was other incidents with the same residents and still nothing was done. This may be blocked or deleted as well. But would look elsewhere!

It is with a lot of emotions I get to write this review. Our journey with Middel Realty began four and a half years ago after a terrible real-estate transaction fell through out of state forcing us to move back home to Colorado. Today, 7/29/21, with Matt by our sides as our realtor, we close on our new home! Matt and team have been absolutely wonderful and care about their tenants.

If anything went wrong they were there to fix it immediately. The entire Middel team are nothing but courteous and respectful and we have absolutely loved being able to develop a relationship with all of them.

My family and I were lucky to rent one of the Middel Realty houses. I have lived for 7 of the 8 years since we arrived in the United States and yet, they have passed so quickly, although it is not easy for a foreigner to adjust to all that a new life means, but MATT and his team surrounded us with such warmth, understanding and respect. I want to confess that MATT is an atypical American, a real man., Thank you very much and we hope to have another opportunity to see you again. Respect to the entire Middel Realty Team.

I'd give them negative ten stars if that was an option. Worst rental experience of my life. Their office personnel lack basic office skills like sending notice emails or calls about when to expect maintenance on your property. I lived with two other women at the time and it was a normal occurrence to wake up to several men in my back yard without warning.

They make it very clear, in the seven spots you initial on the lease, that they have the right to enter without warning. I've seen this type of thing in my twenty years of rental history I've just never experienced the pure absence of common courtesy. However, every time it snows expect that they will email to remind you to shovel. In the beginning of the pandemic our furnace filter had to be changed and the sprinkler system needed to be turned on. Matt refused to wear PPE and when questioned proceeded to spray bleach on his hands and the electrical cases and outlets that he touched.

Very bizarre. He also likes to leave his mother who suffers from dementia in the truck for hours on end as he "maintenances" his properties. Make sure your blinds are closed ladies. Seriously. NOT RECOMMENDED

We rented with Middel Realty for one year and were extremely impressed. We originally chose them because their review rating was so high on Google. It was a pretty easy decision when you look at the ratings of other agencies in the area. They are friendly and personable and they are really on it with maintenance and repairs. Middel Realty understand that many people just want a nice house to live in and to be treated with respect - and that's exactly what they deliver.

We were reluctant to leave and would have definitely carried on renting from them if our time in the US hadn't come to an end. Thank you for helping make our US stay so enjoyable!

We rented a home from Middel Realty for 5 years. Our time with them was nothing but good. When we had a problem or issue we would call or email them and they seemed to show up on a very timely itinerary. We enjoyed getting to know their family. They are all very friendly and understanding. They care a lot about their properties and the families that stay in them. Although we have moved on, we have still gained a good friendship and can use them for a good reference if needed. Thank You Middel Realty.

We have rented from Middel Realty for almost a year and we will be here for many years to come. We have had nothing but good experiences with Marc, Matt, Susan and Christian. Their customer service is the best bar none. Anything that needs fixing, big or small, they have been there that day or the next, to take care of it with a smile. Our yard, both front and back is beautifully landscaped and we enjoy the neighborhood we live in.

If you're looking for a quality place to rent, call Middel Realty. You won't be sorry. I wrote the above review when we had been renting from Middel Realty for a year. It is now 2020 and we have been in this house since 2013. My opinion of Middel Realty has not changed one bit! We have enjoyed this home immensely and Matt and his whole team have been the best landlords we have ever had!

We are moving to Tennessee the end of June or we would still be renting from them. They are great people that take great care of their properties and we love them! We'll miss you Matt, Emily, Erin and Mark and all of your great employees!

Horrible company who have nothing better to do than watch for college students, who need health services, to park in there spot and then call to have them towed. All to prove a point with CSU. So my innocent 19 year old out of state daughter has an appointment because she has pneumonia and there are no parking spots. So she parks in an empty spot.

Not even 30 minutes later she comes out in blizzard conditions late afternoon to find her car gone! So instead of going to fill her prescriptions that she needs to get better, she has to find a stranger to help her find her car in the middle of nowhere at a tow yard 30 minutes away. Not to mention horrible weather conditions. As a parent out of state im helpless and worrying about my daughter in the middle of a blizzard looking for her car while sick with pneumonia!

Its a horrible situation that could of been avoided with a little kindness! Sure she shouldn't of parked there but it was an emergency. No one was even at this business CAUSE IT WAS CLOSED! So sick and stranded in the snow and had to pay $255.00 with the rest of her food money and prescription money to get her car out! Took her 2 hours to get home while very sick.

The owner had the nerve to call me to see if he could go help her! Ya I'm going to send a strange Man to help my daughter? How about pay her $255 back and try to be kinder! People like this company is the reason why there is so much hate in the world. The owner said I should call CSU and tell them cause it's a problem there isn't enough parking! Wow really?

Use college students as your pawns to prove a point! Shame on you! I would never use a company like this or trust them to find a home for me when your goal in life is to make college students life miserable SHAME ON YOU! Try to be kinder Make a difference! Pathetic

We are on our 4th year with Middel and we have had nothing but excellent experiences with them. We are so grateful to have landed with such a family oriented agency. They truly, genuinely care about their tenants. Matt is incredible and the staff is super friendly and professional. Our kids adore them and we feel so safe and secure with them. Any thing we need, we are extremely comfortable asking for it.

They are pleasant, positive, reliable, and trust worthy. You really cannot go wrong with Middel. I would recommend them to the ones I love in a heart beat. When they come in to service any requests, I feel extremely comfortable with their presence. We appreciate Middel for every thing that they assist our family with. They go above and beyond. We are so grateful for their presence and for blowing out our sprinklers for us every season, .

Nice to have you guys take care of that for us. One less thing on our family's plate. Thank you all for being so genuine and having such good intentions with your tenants and their families!

The staff is rude, especially the front desk. Their homes and appliances are extremely outdated, don't expect your deposit back as they'll use it to do updates in the home for the next tenant.

Couldn't be happier with Middel realty. I read the negative review and I can honestly say nothing could be further from the truth when dealing with Matt as a realtor. I purchased a home in Colorado and used Matt. I had a very unique situation because I was purchasing the home as an investment and live in NY. I vetted a few realtors over the phone and I quickly found that most will paint the rosiest of pictures and very few are honest. Matt was the first realtor who was 100% honest with me.

He very well could have made an easy sale with me but instead he put the work in and made sure I made a smart investment. Think about that. How many people would rather just sell you a home knowing that they can make an easy sale? Not Matt, he told me NO more then once and as soon as we found the right home he was on top of it. The sale was all done over the phone and I never set foot in Colorado until the closing was done.

Upon my arrival Matt went above and beyond. I had a few air mattresses and other things sent ahead of our visit and when we arrived at 1 am all of our beds were un packed and set up for us. The House needed some minor work and Matt was there to help. None of this was necessary but its just in Matt's character to help. He could have very well either sent me a bill or not helped at all but that is not the kind of man he is. Anyone looking to buy a home can buy one with confidence when using Middel realty.

Quite literally one of the worst companies I had ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with. Matt and company apparently had no qualms about over stepping their boundaries as written in the lease, several times, and then threatening you about it. Had I been a little older and wiser, they would have been in some wonderful legal trouble, as later advised to me by several legal services. Any issues we had with the house, we're somehow blamed on our doing, even when it was very obvious it wasn't our doing.

Great company, wonderful employees who are trustworthy, honest and dependable people to do business with. Hands down, Matt and his team were there for us when we needed them. On the rental side, we found ourselves in a pinch and, thanks to Matt and his team, we were able to move into a wonderful home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that was exceptionally well maintained.

Any minor maintenance issues we had were addressed promptly and completely. Middel Realty's response time and communication is the best. We are thankful for the high level of care we received as tenants. When our family decided we were ready to purchase a home, Matt and his team came through for us once again. In a highly competitive market, Matt was able to negotiate and land a contract for us (on our dream home) within a very short period of time.

His straightforward, knowledgable and honest approach to real estate is a breath of fresh air! Matt and his team are experienced on many levels - from finding a home that we love, to understanding the inner-workings of home construction and maintenance, to writing a successful contract, Matt and his team were there for us all the way, from offer to closing (and beyond)! We cannot recommend this company high enough - if you're looking for a home - to rent or to sell or to purchase - call Middel Realty first!

NEVER lease a house with these people. They are crooks! Rented a house for a few years and decided it was time to buy my own home. The deal was I would be let out of my lease if I used Matt as my realtor. Well there was my first mistake. He knew NOTHING about real estate. I missed a lot of buying options based on his opinions and he had no knowledge of the loans available.

He told me if I used him as a realtor he would let me out of my lease. I ended up finding a home myself no help from him what so ever. Was forced to use him because I couldn't pay my mortgage and the rent on his house. He did absolutely nothing except collect his realtor fee for I guess selling me a house (what a joke) Then a few months later here comes a bill from Middel Realty for thousands of dollars in what they "claim" was damages and to my surprise charging me for the lease being broken.

Basically they wanted their 30 year old home to somehow be left in the condition of a new home. I specifically remember Christian doing our inspection and jumping on creeks she heard in the middle of the living room floor as if I had somehow damaged the sub floors. Did I mention they kept the $1000 security deposit too and still billed me for thousands. I tell everyone RUN from this company. They will take you for every thing they can get you for.

I have mainly dealt with Matt & Christian & both are wonderful to work with. We were looking for a place & needed to find something pretty fast. Christian had fill out the paperwork for our place. We were approved & signed in no time! Middel Realty goes above & beyond to get you into a home & take care of any issues that arise. I have never had such a good rental experience & would recommend Middel Realty to anyone!
