We have used Rental Services inc. for almost 20 years for our two little rentals and have had nothing but great service. I believe their thorough work on background check was a critical piece enabling us to find two (2) wonderful tenants. One renter has been renting for almost 11 years and the other tenant only recently moved into renting from her son after staying 10.5 years. Certainly, in this decades of use we have seen the complications and legal requirements increase in sophistication but RSi has remained current while evolving at a pace that keeps up with Best Practices as well as legal mandates for landlords. Their conscientious work and willingness to instruct has kept us and may landlords safe and prosperous while conducting our business fairly.

I have been using Rental Services, Inc. for more than 20 years to help me evaluate potential renters. In the old days, all information was sent by fax. Now everything is online. Very fast, very convenient. RSI not only provides financial screening, they also send monthly newsletters that keep me up to date on changing laws and rental requirements.

As a landlord I have been using RSI for many years. Their staff is friendly, professional and thorough. While their services can be expensive, I believe the cost is justified by the quality of the work they do. I will continue to use their services.

I feel scammed by this company and the landlord I put my application in with. I am utilizing a section 8 voucher trying to find a place. I told the landlord that I did not want to pay the money for the application (which is the MOST EXPENSIVE i've had to pay so far. $55) if I was just going to be denied due to my income because I knew it was low. He assured me that this company would see that I had a voucher that would cover rent and that would be good enough. Well it wasn't because my report came back negative for income. I knew it would. Seems like that is a pretty good way to get someone's money.

Having been in the rental home business for 20+ years, I know the importance of finding good tenants. Rental Services Inc. is the reason I have good quality tenants with longevity. Their screening process is quick, easy, and thorough. Their professionalism is top notch. They have very little to no employee turn over, which says a lot about the company, the managements' integrity, and satisfaction of their customers. If your business needs include screening tenants, I highly recommend RSI. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I have used Rental Services Inc. for years. This group of people are simply the best at what they do. Their screening assessments have been spot on. The have saved me so much time and money with their screening process. The staff has excellent customer service not just with me but with the prospective renter's they are screening. As a landlord I am not sure what I would do without them.

Dennis is the President of this company, I worked directly with him. During the process of signing the contract I was promised a lot of communication and a powerful outcome as he boasted about his successful agency. Once I sent the signed contract in, he never sent another email to me and the only contact we had was all done on my efforts to reach out to him.

I had made several attempts to connect with Dennis to find out if he received my contract and what steps were being taken to collect the bad debt. Eventually I was able to speak with Dennis who stated he put my case on hold because the debtors stated they wanted to pursue a lawsuit. I inquired when he found this out and why wasn't I made aware.

This is when frustration increased, he stated he had been sitting on my case for sometime and just failed to communicate with me because he has lots of other clients that are making him money. We mutually decided to sever our business relationship after I pointed out the numerous issues with lack of professionalism. I asked him to send a status report of the action he took while hired by me.

He outright refused. A Better Business Bureau complaint was issued. There are many agencies out there to assist Landlords in collecting bad debt. I would not recommend Dennis and his business.
