Apple Valley Report

All apartment and house rentals require that your income is at least double the monthly rent and verifiable on paper with pay check stubs, 1099's or tax forms. Credit reports must have more possitive credit and be able to explain any bad credit, clear criminal background reports, no evictions and good rental references.
