Services
For over 30 years, the owner-operator team at Twin City Property Management has been serving renters in the Bryan/College Station area. When we founded our company, the area didn't quite look the same. But from the beginning and through today, we have always focused on providing the best rental experience we could to our tenants.
Whether you are moving to the Bryan area for work, to go to school at Texas A&M, or for some other reason, the team at Twin City Property Management is ready to help you in your rental search. We own and operate a number of apartments and single-family rental homes here in the Bryan/College Station area.
As pet owners, Twin City Properties and its staff understand the joy and comfort pets provide. We also understand how easily and quickly they become a member of the family. Because of this, we allow pets in nearly ALL of our properties (some restrictions apply, call for details). Pets will need to be approved, however, on an individual basis for the property being considered.
Yes, the security deposit, along with a completed rental application allows our staff to quickly begin the application process, and get an answer back to you in a timely manner. It is TCP's policy to begin the application process only after the full deposit is received.

I wanted to revise my review as a manager contacted me and explained their policy and how the mix up happened and gave me a full refund. I really appreciate them caring enough to resolve issues like this. From this interaction with a new manager it seems management is going in a good direction! ------- Original one star review Twin City Properties showed us a place without communicating to us that the current tenants living there had not yet decided if they were going to renew or not.

So after we had already applied to rent the place the tenants decided to release and we were refused a refund for the $75 per person application fee even though we were not denied. They had not approved or denied us yet and we couldn't even get a refund for a place that was essentially never available for rent. I feel scammed and I would not recommend this company.

I've been renting from TCP for 7 years so far. There have been ups and downs. I've seen a lot of improvement over the last couple of years, though. Cons: I don't like the fact that they show your property months prior to your lease being up - it's a little uncomfortable. Some (not all) of the contract work isn't all that great - it can be sloppy and rushed, but it's not TCP actually doing that work.

Their cleaning crew that comes in prior to someone moving in misses a lot of things. Pros: Their maintenance crew responds very quickly and all the guys are very nice. There are times that maintenance is on site within an hour or so even for non-emergent things. The office staff is very nice and prompt. I usually get responses within a few hours. Many of the properties are older, but they do try to update and remodel as they can.

This is my first review because I am beyond belief about this situation. Right after we let them know we weren't renewing (for school and work), their attitudes changed and they started showing our house the same week. They gave us a notice anywhere from 3:30-5:30 (they close at 5pm) the night before and weren't very happy to let us know what times the showings would be the next day.

We are both in college and work 2 jobs and live here for 4 more MONTHS, it's ridiculous that they didn't want to give us times and I was given an attitude on the phone when asking. They claim their "policy" has changed and they do not need to give us a 24 hour notice prior to the showings. I would not recommend Twin City Properties to anyone. We have been nothing but good tenants, pay rent on time, do everything they ask, and haven't given them any fuss when things have gone wrong that was their faults. Please save yourselves the stress and look somewhere else.

Rent and services are as expected for the area, and they have decent turn around on request and generally friendly when making requests. Payment is all online which is nice, although sometimes the bill won't post until a few days before it is due which is annoying, but not a huge. Line was drawn when they started showing our unit multiple times a week 5 full months before moving out.

If you rent from them do not give early notice of move out, stick to the bare minimum as they WILL use this constantly and on semi-short notice (generally around the 3:30 PM the day before). We gave move out notice because we needed an extension of one month, and the viewings started the next week.

Would definitely recommend. Have been living in my current place for a little over 9 months and love it. Maria asked what we needed and found us the perfect place and was able to get us moved in just a few days. We have only had to put in two maintenance requests and they were both answered and fixed within a day. As a first time renter I couldn't be happier with my experience. Not sure why some are saying the positive reviews are fake, mine definitely isnt!

I have lived in a Twin City Properties rental for a year now. I can not say enough good about them. They are great people to rent from. They always fix what I have needed fixed in a timely manner. But this review is mainly for Joe the maintenance man. Joe is awesome! I got locked out of my house last night and Joe came and rescued me. He went above and beyond.

He jump an 8ft fence just to get in my back yard cause my gate was locked. After about 10 minutes Joe got into my house without damaging anything and was able to let me in. He was also great with my dog. Joe is a great maintenance man! Twin Cities Properties is a great company to rent from. My 5 star review is not fake. If you're a good tenant pay your rent and don't damage their property they leave you alone, so I have no complaints about them at all. Plan to stay for a long time.

We have been renting from Twin City Properties for over 15yrs. We love our little place. My son attended the nearby, elementary school, middle school and high school, which we love! It is a great location and most importantly affordable. And a big thank you to Kriste our property manager. She is so hospitable and most importantly caring.

Brandi Coates was absolutely amazing to work with! She always responded to my emails extremely fast. Stayed patient with me through going through past landlords. Overall, if you are going to rent from twin city properties I would definitely go with Brandi. I feel that we got approved for our house because of her.

The team at Twin City Properties is very professional and responsive. Any time we have had any maintenance requests they are met with the same diligence regardless of it's an emergency or not. We have had a emergency request for our AC and the team couldn't have been more amazing. Greg Schwartz is an awesome property manager and communicates everything with ease and timeliness. Very professional group and would recommend.
