I sent an inquiry about a house they have listed as available and I received a canned email reply that didn't address me by name, didn't address the question, just info on the builder they work with, a pitch for their mortgage person of choice and a map of available lots. If it's really that easy to sell a house, why aren't more people doing it? Good luck with this approach after the market shifts to a seller's market (post forbearance).

Goly is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She was the property manager for our town home and when it came time for us to move out she requested us to have the house deep cleaned by a professional company. She stated that "if y'all provide a copy of the receipt then y'all will get the deposit back." No where in our lease did it say that the house had to be professionally cleaned.
But we wanted to get our deposit back so we agreed. The town home was in better shape when we left than when we moved in. If we wanted something fixed we had to do it ourselves because they never sent anyone out. When it came time for her to give us the deposit she came up with a million excuses "the check is in the mail", and even went as far as blocking our numbers.
So after 2 months of no response I had to contact the office. The office gave me the run around and a week passed and she finally emailed me and said that we aren't getting our deposit back. This company loves to bait and switch people. They come up with hidden fees and even make empty promises. I wouldn't trust this company with dirt much less a rental property or even buying a home. I would stay far away from these guys.
