I would like to start by telling everyone how professional the staff is at this firm. My wife and I were looking for somewhere to live and we searched google and found this company called Finest Realty. I know a lot of people say not to go with the first place you see but, after Michelle showed us this home I would have been crazy to look anywhere else.
This house feels like home, the neighbors are very friendly, and the street is quiet and close to the village! We love this house so much we have already approached the owner about a possible purchase. If you are considering this company to help search for your next home then look no more. Finest Realty worked with our budget and assisted in making the move in process a breeze. The photos and the description online were EXACTLY what the house looked like. I give you my word you will not be disappointed!

During the onset of the pandemic Myself and My expecting wife we in a really tough position. Being a multicultural family our experience was a little different than one might expect. We started working with finest and we had a home lined up in Huntington the area we decide to live in. In my Eyes it was perfect 4 beds, 4 baths, on almost a half acre with room for my mother to live with us and help with the new born in a few months.
However the owner of that particular home wanted to take advantage of us by demanding 3 months security, 1st & last months rent and we had to pay the realtor fee! It was upwards of $20,000. Sheila at finest realty ( who was representing us ) told the owner that's it's ( as of July 2019) against the law to ask for 3 months rent on top of everything.
She could have easily convinced is that out was worth the month, she could have convinced us that it Workd be hard to find anything else, but she didn't.(thank you Sheila) She had previously tried to get his property rented but every time he demanded 3 months rent. Well Sheila had grown tired of deals falling through and this home owner not taking her time, experience and clients seriously.
She dropped him as a client, and withdrew from the deal dealing with his lack respect for her time, her clients time, and her clients livelihood. She cared about us more that making a big commission. That meant a lot to us. She's actually and openly cares about her clients well being. We actually ended up renting from another realtor in her office who had the PERFECT property for us. So, thank you Sheila, thank you Michelle, thank you Maria, and to every else in the finest realty office thank you for your service we consider Yah'll family now, God bless we love ya!

Good Afternoon, I would like to say thank you for the wonderful experience I had with Finest Realty. During the Pandemic my old Landlord sold his house. I was having such a difficult time in finding another rental. I came across Finest Realty Rental. I received a call from Doug. He immediately heard my story, searched for appropriate housing for myself and my Partner.

There are so many great things to say about Liz, Doug and Sheila. They were so helpful in all aspects of helping us find a place to live. We were on a time limit and they were able to find us the perfect rental property and get all of our paperwork done within a short period of time. It was a pleasure working with them and would recommend them to everyone.
