Can't recommend them. I made an appointment to meet the owner to buy a $400K home in the Murphy area. I did so after doing research about her and decided she was who I wanted to work with. I showed up at the agreed to time and date. She was not there. I got passed off to another agent. Bad start. This agent showed me a home that wreaked of mildew, throughout and thought it would be a good buy.
Then he showed me a home in a defunct country club neighborhood and told me that maybe, someday the Casino owners might buy the club and invest $2M and make the home he was showing me double in value. OMG. That was my last day with this realtor.
