Realty companies are interesting to review, so I'm not sure I can recommend the entire Greybeard Realty, but I sure can recommend the s**t out of the real estate agent Danielle Morgan. Danielle did an amazing job helping my wife and I find and buy a property in Black Mountain while we're 3 hours away. She went above and beyond by checking out properties on our behalf before we decided to make a trip out, she overcommunicated perfectly along the way, and most impressive she didn't seem to mind working with me, and I can be terrible to work with. Look her up. Call her up. Danielle is as good as it gets.

Nichole Eso was supposed to meet me last Saturday morning to look at a lot. I called once to say I was going to be 5 minutes late then I called a second time 25 minutes after we were supposed to meet. Again no answer. She then sends me an email stating if I tried to call her, her phone wasn't working which I didn't believe or she could have used someone else's.

She said that because I wouldn't send a copy of my license to her the day before she thought I wasn't going to show up. I couldn't do this as s I was driving from a couple of hours away. No Realtor ever has asked me to scan a copy of my license before and I have been doing this for decades. I then emailed her and no response. I asked why not at minimum call me the night before to confirm like most Professionals would do?

No response. Awful customer experience. I then sent an email into the company expressing my displeasure and for the message to go to the Branch Manager a week ago and still no response. I would suggest not using this agency as there are plenty more in the Lake James region. It is obvious they don't care.

Sorry you all didn't have any thing available for me in black mountain NC. Maybe the next time. God bless you

I worked with Christy McFadden to purchase a property and had an awesome experience. Christy was super responsive and showed me 7 properties in one day on very short notice. She was instrumental in making my deal happen and I would use her again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a dedicated knowledgeable agent, Christy would be a great choice!

Just purchased a home with Greybeard Realty and Kevin Miller was excellent. We are moving from AZ to NC and Kevin could not have been more helpful with the process. From showing houses to answering questions we had, Kevin was very helpful and timely despite being 2,000 miles away. His attention to detail and making sure we were well informed through out the process. We would highly recommend Kevin Miller and the team at Greybeard Realty!

I had a great experience with Adam at Greybeard Realty! He really helped me hunt for houses and had a very quick response time whenever I wanted to schedule a viewing! Also, very accommodating to my special needs due to my family situation and working out of town while house hunting.
