I contacted Jenkins Realty and rental manager Melanie and owner Kim came and reviewed my historic in town home. I had the intention of renting either monthly or long term. They seemed impressed gave figures and said would email info. to get listed within a day. Its been a month and haven't heard a word via email, phone and of course they have the address.

Would of been at minimum courteous and professional to of at least responded either way. I have multiple rental properties here in town and am looking to turn over them to a agency in the near future. Jenkins will not have that opportunity now.

We had briefly known the former owner of the "Little House on Main" (LHM) and, so, had a sense of just how lovely her tastes were in interior design. Thus, we were not surprised at how beautifully appointed was the LHM. Warm and inviting, we enjoyed mornings sipping coffee on its front porch (watching Blowing Rock's busy life awaken and pass before us) and then spending the waning hours of daylight sipping wine again on the porch (observing Blowing Rock's eventual slide into evening).

The LHM's location at the edge of Blowing Rock's "downtown" was actually more appealing to us than other rental options as it was close enough to walk to town for everything (breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping) - and yet located sufficiently back off the road so as to assure us its privacy from those walking and driving by. Comfortable, quiet, open, and well illuminated naturally during the day, we loved our stay here - and can't wait to return!

We just finished a beautiful week outside Blowing Rock, NC in a home rented through Jenkins Realty. We got just what we wanted - a cabin among the trees where most of the noise was birdsong or rain. The staff at Jenkins was cordial and helpful. We loved it so much that we've already rented again for next year. The only problem was a window closing mechanism that was broken. We reported it, but no one came to fix it. Overall our experience was wonderful!

Jenkins Rentals is an amazing company that truly cares about it's renters. I have stayed in several of their properties. All of them have been in excellent condition. The staff are very accessible.

We stayed in Blowing Rock Skies & absolutely loved it! The view was breathtaking & the house had everything we needed. My only suggestion may be either a ceiling or stand up fan for the guest bedroom. Jenkins Rentals was great to work with. They were very courteous & answered all of our questions. They made sure we had everything we needed to make us feel at home. I highly recommend them to others!

Jenkins Realtors really and truly care about getting the right place for you. They assist you in any way they can. Working with them has been wonderful. Should we have need for finding an apartment again, they are the first people I am going to.

We spent July in unit C1 in Village Green Condos. This is a well appointed and comfortable unit. It is a downstairs unit which is very nice checking in and out. But you do get some foot noise from up stairs. It is a very short walk to the heart of town which we like. All our dealings with staff were very good, including maintenance men doing routine work. We are booking this unit again.

Jenkins was easy to work with, kind, and professional. Made the rental process easy for us. We got into Blowing Rock after hours and they had our packet waiting on is with everything we needed for check-in. Will definitely use them again!

We had a wonderful experience with Jenkins Realtors. We rented Blissful Vista and it was a beautiful place. It had an amazing view and the property was nice and clean. All of the employees of Jenkins Realtors were polite and easy to work with. We will use them again in the future.
