Elite Properties and Services was a total nightmare to work with. Never responded in a timely manner, never checked on the house and promised tenants extensions without first checking with homeowners. When we went to replaced them, they intentionally left the house with a kitchen sink smashed, four (4) inch holes in the walls, walls painted multiple different colors, leaking plumbing and carpets stained with dog urine under the pretense that it was "Normal Wear and Tear".
Do yourself a favor and just NO and stay as far away as you can from Elite Properties and Services. Believe me when I say there are better companies in and around Pinehurst/Southern Pines that far exceed anything Elite Properties and Services brings to the table.
