We had the best experience dealing with Sarvis Management in taking care of our home in sweet little Southern Pines. Dana, Rhonda, and Shannon. sweet and hard working ladies over there! Always quick to respond and work on any issues or upkeep that was needed to make our home a more livable place. Can't forget about Poncho and Mike. professional, knowledgeable, and talented when it came to fixing things and home improvement. They also taught us a thing or two! 5+ stars all around. We will miss them!

Sarvis managed our property for over 10 years. From day one, the staff (Sharon, Dana, Rhonda) have provided nothing less than top notch customer service! We appreciate them getting us wonderful tentants who treated our property above expectations. They handled all maintenance issues quickly and completely. Sarvis has superb communication and I've considered them a 24 hour 365 days a year management company. Sold our house recently and will miss them and their always positive attitudes. They truly are the best out there!
