The house (Champion Escape)that my family stayed in was terrible. The furniture was outdated and torn and upon arrival the house had a dirty carpet smell to it. Also I paid for pool heating and it wasn't heating until two days later. The refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor, missing blinds at the patio door, the floors were dirty and the dinette chairs are dirty.
The garage had an old couch stored in it/ no gameroom. All of the mattresses are thin and feels like we were sleeping on box frames. Out of all the vacation homes there that we stayed in this was by far the worst. I had bragged to the ones that had never vacation there how nice it was there only to be embarrassed at the condition of this house.

The house was booked for Champions Gate and they put us on Emerald Island. Arrived in Arcadia Estates through Resort Home Networks and the pool is dirty. Game room items are broken, pool security gate broke, trash cans are full of trash, old stained towels, floor was not mopped, kitchen trash can has food stains on it, no theater room as advertised. We arrived on Sunday and because Monday is a holiday they couldn't do anything until Tuesday. Update will follow.

Our family of 5 stayed six nights in a condo at Windsor Hills and it exceeded our expectations. We LOVED it! The condo was very clean, very updated and included everything we needed for our stay. We loved the layout and all the furniture. It was very comfortable. The BEST part was the location to DisneyWorld. The condo was only a 10 minute drive to the park.
We were able to come back to the condo for lunch or dinner, relax a little, then go back to the park. Would definitely recommend Orlando Vacation Homes as well as the place we stayed in. We will stay there again if we ever come back for a DisneyWorld visit.

Enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in our house. You really can't beat this location with regards to how close it is to Disney. The house was spacious and fit our family of 8 nicely. The pool was awesome and we took full advantage of it every minute we could. Response from Orlando Vacation Homes for one small issue was very prompt. Would certainly come back. Thank you.

Booking a home with Orlando Vacation Homes truly was an awesome experience. A friend of ours booked with them a couple years ago and suggested we try it out. Best decision ever. We had a small problem with the pool heat when we arrived and even though it was 6pm on a Sunday night I figured I'd call to inform them. To my surprise someone phoned me back within 10 minutes.
Not just someone, but the owner of Orlando Vacation Homes himself! He couldn't have been more accommodating, and even though I was completely willing to wait until the next day they had someone there within an hour to take care of the problem. The home was in immaculate condition, fully stocked kitchen, awesome theatre room, and the theme rooms were amazing! I couldn't be more happy to give this place a 5 star rating and will recommend them to anyone I know planning a Florida Vacation!

We rented a house for the week over Thanksgiving. Orlando Vacation Homes were really easy to work with and there were no surprises. The house was exactly as promised and the people were super easy to communicate with. They also have a huge inventory of homes. We were a group of 8 adults and I had a few questions before we booked. We will use you again. The house was absolutely perfect for our extended stay. Could not have asked for a better location or set up. The furnishings are excellent, the beds are comfy, the views are beautiful. By far our favorite trip to the Orlando area. We definitely plan to vacation at this home again.

My family and I loved our vacation home. It was well kept, extremely clean, and everything worked well. The location was perfect for our stay in the Disney area. The commute to the parks and local attractions was so easy and close. We absolutely will book through Orlando Vacation Homes when we come back to Disney in the next two years. It was a great week and a great vacation home.

Thank you for the wonderful holiday experience we had with our rental. It was all that we wanted. The pool and backyard was like going to our own private resort.
