Beach Properties Of Hilton Head

We were so thrilled about the condo we rented through Beach Properties! The check in process was very easy and the condo was just as described. The condo was super clean and well maintained. The rental agency supplies so many extras that really came in handy. They were very prompt in taking care of a minor maintenance issue we had which we really appreciated. We will definitely be renting another condo from Beach Properties in the near future!

We used Beach Properties for the first time this year - we have been coming to Hilton Head every year for the past 20 years and this was the first time a property management company called us to see if everything was OK. That's very impressive service. The house we rented at 26 Twin Pines was awesome. It had everything we needed including beach chairs, a beach cart, and umbrellas.

It was spotless when we arrived and Beach Properties left beach towels for us as well as a water bottle to keep. They even provided four rental bikes to use. We plan to rent from them again the next time we come down!

It was a nice 4 days with beach visits and time with friends. A day of golf topped it off the last day. The villa has nice upgrades and is well kept. Two issues were addressed by management with professionalism. Nothing serious. I will rent again.

What a wonderful stay at 2318 Windsor II. View was beautiful. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved all the seating for eating, inside and out. Loved working with Beach Properties. They checked on us during our stay. They made sure condo was cleaned properly before we went in. They made it easy to contact if there were problems. We really enjoyed our family vacation here. We rented 2 four bedroom condos through Beach Properties and was very happy with both.

We spent a week at the Island Club and the amenities were perfect for our family. The pools and beach are right there, plenty of other outdoor activities and grills to keep us occupied outside. The complex is very well taken care of. Our condo was clean and well-stocked with what we needed for the week. It was exactly as described. The rental company gave clear instructions for check in and check out, and called to check in when we got there and at the end of the week.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is great! A couple minor things that could be improved were the quality of the tvs and the mattresses. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We stayed at 6 Lookout and had a lovely family vacation! Everything was as expected. The property was clean and spacious. The pool was beautiful. The house was better in person than in the pictures, which was hard to believe because the pictures are beautiful. We had one minor maintenance issue (a pipe in a wall had cracked), and Beach Properties fixed it that day which was good not only for us as renters but also for the home owners to mitigate any water damage to the home. Highly recommend! We look forward to returning to Hilton Head!

Thank you, Beach Properties for helping to make our stay in Hilton Head a success. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at North Shore 108 in February, 2022. The condo was very nicely done and the furniture very comfortable. We were impressed with the amount of linens and towels as well as the number of items in the kitchen. We had everything we could possibly want and more.

They had not only dishes, but full sets of pots and pans and every size bowl one might want to use. We also greatly appreciated the starter supplies that Beach Properties provided. Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap and dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. So much more than we have ever had in previous rentals. Loved having the Amazon Echo available. It was very helpful. We have already booked with Beach Properties to return to this unit in 2023.

We have found that Beach Properties has been wonderful to work with with respect to finding properties and while staying at a property. Their response time for even little issues is essentially immediate. We were in a property for 2&1/2 months and Beach Properties happily took in packages that we couldn't have sent directly to us. Everyone was always super helpful. It is a first class company and operation.

We've rented from Beach Properties of Hilton Head several times and have had a wonderful experience each time. The booking process is easy. Check-in was a breeze and the properties immaculate. When we've had a minor issue, the maintenance team came quickly and the problem was resolved. All very professional. Will definitely use again.

My family rented # 17 Lands End Road and were very pleased. The unit is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The deck is large and has nice furnishings and a very nice gas grill. The people from Beach Properties checked in with us during the week to make sure everything was satisfactory. We have rented multiple properties through Beach Properties over the last 20 years and #17 Lands End Road may be the nicest so far.

We stayed at the property at 10 Swing About in Palmetto Dunes. It was our first time in HHI. We stayed for a little over a week from Christmas to New Year. It was easy to find and book on Beach Properties of Hilton Head website. The agents were very prompt in responding to my calls and e-mails. The house we rented was clean and very nice. We had a leaky toilet in one of the bedroom, we called and they had someone come a few hours later even though it was the Sunday after Christmas.

We loved our stay. It was the perfect house with more than enough room for us. We liked the private pool with outdoor shower. We wished the pool could have been heated but we didn't have the option. They had the pool guy come and clean the pool at least once during our stay so that was nice. We had all the amenities we needed. We would recommend this property for any family. We will be back to HHI and will definitely use the Beach Properties of Hilton Head!

We stayed in this gorgeous property for my husband's 50th birthday and it did not disappoint. The view was amazing-sunset and sunrise was just breathtaking. The amenities inside were upscale including a water filter, ice maker, and all the appliances. The beds were comfortable and there was so much room for our family. We highly recommend this property for a beach getaway!

We rented a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in Hilton Head (5209 Hampton Place) through Beach Properties and it was just an excellent experience. The condo was fabulous and the professional service we received from the Beach Properties team was top shelf! Will definitely use them for all our Hilton Head rentals in the future and hopefully stay at this wonderful property at Hampton Place.

It was such a beautiful, modern, and up to date Home. More than we anticipated. Plenty of room, Each couple had their own bedroom with large TV & bath. and an extra one to boot. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dining space and a large gathering space with large TV. The elevator saved us, We heated the pool & hot tub, which was great. The beach was close and we used the bikes each day. It was a wonderful trip and We'd certainly want to stay there again, Everything was PERFECT! Thanks Beach Properties!

I was worried about going through a company I hadn't used before, but Beach Properties of HH was fantastic to deal with. I was really impressed with the information inside the unit. They even had an Alexa to answer questions, that was a really great way to get information. The check-in and check-out procedure was easy. I was very concerned about the condition of the unit and cleanliness, but this company does a great job of cleaning and prepping the unit for your vacation.

They were very responsive to questions, and super helpful. Basically, I would categorize the entire experience as worry-free! I will totally use them again when planning future trips.

We have used other companies for rental properties within Sea Crest and by far, Beach Properties is the best company to work with. Their professional, courteous, and responsive staff is wonderful to work with, and minimizes the work and details required in planning a vacation stay. On multiple vacation stays, they have never disappointed us. Sea Crest #3504 was our most recent stay.

It is a very nicely furnished, 2 BR Villa. The furniture is comfortable, and newer. The ocean front views are what you would expect from Building #3.wonderful to say the least. If your budget allows a stay in Building #3, (ocean front) you will not be disappointed, although Villas in Buildings 1 & 2 are equally as nice ). From the moment we have to leave, until our next vacation, we look forward to our return. We find the proximity to Coligny Plaza perfect for the family vacation.
