The new property manager and the new maintenance staff are not good. One's maintenance request would just sit with the staff but they would not act on it. They would rather sit idle than do any work. I would not recommend that anyone move in at a property managed by PRC Management since they are really bad at returning tenants' security deposits once tenants move out.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER RENT FROM ANY OF THIER APARTMENTS! The Management is extremely nasty and insane. The property Manager Elsa Perera is awful, had a meeting with her to discuss leaving my apartment and all she did was yell and scream- when asking her for things in writing she told me not to tell her how to do her job and I would be there all day if I waited for it.
They lie and make up things to charge you fake fees when I was a great tenant for years. There is nothing in writing on the charges they send you. Save yourself! Go elsewhere!
