We love beach break rentals! They are reasonably priced and have many houses to choose from. We started using them in 2008 and have no reason to go anywhere else. They have good communication with their customers and are quick to address concerns. Whether you want a cute cottage for a small family or a large house for a family get together you won't be disappointed.
Bayocean, en route to Cape Meare's, was built on a sand dune on a spit between the Pacific Ocean and the fresh water of Tillamook Bay. There were grand plans for the new coastal resort, heralded as "The Playground of the Pacific Northwest", but many of the plans never came to fruition. There were three Hotels and boarding houses, a School, a General Store, a Bakery and several other businesses.
This is an opportunity to practice drawing the human figure with a live model in a supportive and engaged atmosphere. The studio fee is $15 for the three hours and any experience level can join in. 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Hoffman House Studios Drawing Room. Don't miss this awesome County Fair. Both days will run 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

I have stayed at many of the houses. We have always enjoyed our visits and the uniqueness of each house. Its hard to have a favorite! Some are very luxurious and some are family and pet friendly. The person who manages these is very helpful with matching up to your needs and budget. So don't hesitate to call and speak with her.

I'd like to say that I truly have only had wonderful experiences with Beach Break Rentals. I use them every time I go to Manzanita OR. The person I spoke to is very kind and trustworthy and is always very helpful in finding a place that fits my needs and price range. The last time my family went, she went out of her way, to find us the perfect place and to make sure we were happy My family ended up staying a couple weeks longer than they thought they would because they loved the house so much, and they could afford it. I highly recommend trying them out.

We were treated incredibly rudely by the woman who I tried to rent a house from. The short version of the story is that I was told three times that I signed the rental agreement form in the wrong place. The last of these times, the woman basically yelled at me on the phone. I called the day of the reservation to talk about getting the keys when we arrived at the coast, and the woman berated me for not having a valid rental agreement signed.
At that point I told her I'd like to cancel the reservation, but she said it was too late and that our credit card had already been charged. I tried to explain that we never had a valid rental agreement signed, because she told me three times I signed in the wrong place. She just kept saying "it's already been charged". I told her if she didn't refund the money, I would attempt to let people know how rudely we were treated and to disccourage anyone from supporting her business.
So here I am. I have never written an internet review before and probably won't again, but I am hoping people do not support businesses that treat their customers so disrespectfully. I really wish I had some audio transcripts of our phone conversations- this woman really was very rude. We chose not to take the house even though she insisted that we had to pay for it. We called Sunset Vacation Rentals and they were able to get us a great house on very short notice.
