The Desert Breeze Oasis, our Sullivan Cabin, is the perfect mix of a rural setting with convenient living when you seek a Joshua Tree vacation rental. This wonderfully appointed Jackrabbit cabin is not far from the Indian Cove area of Joshua Tree National Park or the MCAGCC 29 Palms Marine Base. A peaceful setting on ten private acres with mountain views, outdoor living space, and wonderful gardens that are not sacrificed with a long drive to town when exploring the Park, excursions to Pioneertown, or other interests of the Morongo Basin.
This modern Southwest desert home has a mix of comfort and convenience near the edge of Joshua Tree National Park. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a convertible sofabed, multiple patios, courtyards, and a deepwater inground swimming pool. This little retreat is located in a safe residential neighborhood on paved roads and less than 3 miles to Joshua Tree National Park entrance in Twentynine Palms. Access your vacation hideaway through a private gate leading you to a courtyard filled with flowers, a water fountain, and visiting birds.
This modest home has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four guests. Ideal for the couples retreat, gathering of friends, joining of family, or the nomadic work-from-home traveler. Once arrived at the Palm House you'll retreat past the large Mesquite trees supplying shade and privacy. Our namesake Palm has a peek-a-boo gateway to the sky and proudly standing guard. Once inside the functional flow of the space will wrap you around from the family room, dining, kitchen, and access to the back yard.

I am practically pinching myself that I found this home to stay in for a solo trip to the desert, it was just so awesome! The outdoor setting was incredible. It was remote and there was a lot of space to walk around and explore the property and magical desert environment, and it was super quiet.but still a few neighbors not too far away so you don't feel completely isolated.
The cabin itself was really nicely and thoughtfully designed and set up, very convenient, and very clean. While there, I actually wanted to wake up early in the morning and felt energized by the early morning desert sun. Also, Susan was really great to message with and very responsive, you can tell she is a professional. A very solid experience, and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a vacation rental in the desert/that is close to Joshua Tree, to absolutely stay here! Thank you!

Desert Oasis Love this place! Our second time to stay here out of many visits to JT. We've finally settled that this will be our #1 choice in the future. The views, wildlife, outdoor enclosed fire stove, and landscaping are beautiful. It's quiet. Lots of comfortable furniture, nice kitchen, comfortable bed and dark, quiet bedroom. Love the hammocks! Location midway between the towns of JT and 29 Palms.

Peaceful, Private, Amazing views and landscaping! Ok, so part of me wants to say this wasn't amazing, because I want it to be available again if I come back up. But, I have to say, it was probably one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! The kitchen was the best stocked with cookware I have ever seen, it was very tastefully decorated and just a beautiful setting.
Any question was answered immediately and they really did think of any convenience you might need. My husband and I travel quite a bit and were both very impressed by this place. We will be back. Thank you!

What a gem! This place is super cool. Sits FAR off the road. We rode our motorcycles there. It's very, very private. SUPER clean, well appointed and the cottage has been decorated with perfect taste. The desert landscaping is well done and so pleasant to just relax in. Kinda makes you never wanna leave the backyard. Especially for sunrises and sunsets.
It's perfect for two. Susan is just a text/phone call away should you need anything. She gave us so many great ideas for things to do via emails and such. We discovered there was more to do in that town than we had ever imagined. Will definitely be back for another stay at this super cool find deep in the private, silence of the desert! Jody Wright
