The Midweek Classes are 4 hour meetings and are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 10 pm. Class Tuition includes 2 professional textbooks AND class handouts. Annex Real Estate School is an Authorized Massachusetts Real Estate School. After meeting a minimim practical class base size, your class size is limited to assure class quality. No large auditoriums, lecture halls or banquet rooms. No lonely hours staring at a computer screen. To become licensed as a salesperson or broker in Massachusetts you must complete the requisite education, complete the appropriate licensing application, and pass the relevant examination.At the outset you must first become licensed as a salesperson before you can become a broker.
Annex Real Estate School will offer the pre-Licensing Real Estate Salesperson course in different formats for you. They are designed to accommodate the students' individual learning methods and busy schedules. There is the traditional easier paced, five week sales course, given mornings or evenings.
