Took a trip down the Cape for the day to look for houses to rent in the summer. Went to Oceanview they gave us a list and we went to check them out. We really liked one of the houses on the list. It was late so we called and asked if we come down next weekend could we go inside and take a look at it, she said yes and she would put a hold on it for the week we want it in July. Went down the Cape the next Friday and called to ask if we could see it we were told she would call us back. Did not hear from her for most of the day so we called her back and she said she was still waiting on the owner of the house to see if we could get in.
Keep in mind we told them the week before we wanted to do this and they did nothing about it. We never heard from her again. We went to the office, there was a car, the doors were locked and no one was there did that twice and nothing. We finally went home. Then my husband called and the woman said we needed to call a different office. My husband calls that office explains what happened and she says sorry the date you want is not available anymore someone must've taken the hold off so we don't have that date anymore and nothing in July.
This was the worst experience we've ever had and we've been renting houses down the Cape for over 16 years now. Nobody in any of the offices know what's going on they're never in the office they never get back to you and then when they say they're going to hold a place for you they take the hold off and give it to someone else when you've been calling them almost every day for this house. SO FRUSTRATING!

Poor customer service- it took three emails to get a simple question answered before we even arrived. After arriving at the house we found that the stairs to the beach ended 2-3 feet above the sand. The house was advertised as having a private beach but between the stairs ending and the high tide the beach was pretty much impossible to use. When I called about the stairs, the agent was "surprised ", said it was news to him and that he would send someone out to check.
No one came and no follow up from the office. The house also has a very small kitchen table that just fit six for dinner- for a house that sleeps 10 this is totally inadequate.

You people suck at selling houses you have NO sales and only 2 stars I know why now! You don't move your ass on the selling part and go on vacations instead of dealing with selling a house! This is the worst reality ever in the whole world! Why don't you try making a sale on a house before going on vacation. Try doing your job or better yet get another Career Because this you guys know nothing of!
