I called requesting info for a rent at North Bergen in Trulia (Belkin Ruiz). She transfers the call to another person. I am not sure if she was the landlord or another realtor agent. But, she was rude and unprofessional. She ask me if I read well the listing, that I should read before call requesting information. Unpleasant experience. Luis R.

I had a very bad experience with him. Carl Makula appraised your house to the lowest value possible. If your house is in the best location of the town, he will compare it with the worst houses in the worst locations of the same town to justify his lowest numbers. I beware everybody to stay away from him. His value of your house is completely biased towards the bank. One of the worst experience I have ever had. He completely ruined my faith in the system.
