Alcova, which stands for Albemarle County Virgini a, was began in 1957, and is a tiny family company. Our focus is primarily domestic property rentals in Charlottesville and the surrounding Albemarle County area. We own the most of the homes, properties, apartments and rental units we manage and we take special pride in our work.

They really are the best property management company in town. They quickly fix maintenance issues and they don't micro-manage their tenants. The maintenance team, Carl, and office staff are very friendly and professional!

I enjoyed renting from Alcova over the past 3 years. Their leasing office has always been extremely professional and their property manager, Carl, was always quick to respond to any requests. They are also good about explaining the move-in/move-out policy and the return of your security deposit. I highly recommend renting from this company.
