Lakeside Village

We had breakfast at the Egg Farm Cafe. My omlet was excellent and the servers were very nice. This is my favorite breakfast restaurant when we are in the Flower Mound area. Will definitely be back soon!

Love this up and coming community. Nice restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and movie theater. Nice place to walk around. This square is always lit up for awesome pics in the evening! Not to mention the summer concert series. Just a short walk away is sunset point with great views of the grapevine lake and access to trails.

Wide variety of eateries, shops and quaint convenience stores all wrap up with aesthetic architecture.

Wonderful place to come stroll, have Pizza, Breakfast, Gelato, Steak Dinner or Wine!

Not sure what has happened to Mio Nonno In Flower Mound. I have been a frequent customer for several years. The last few visits have been sub-par, and tonight my chicken parmigiana (1 of 3 meals ordered to go) was so tough it was inedible. When I called to let them know, Odette, the manager, was too busy to speak to me, but had the hostess ask me what I wanted them to do.

I guess I expected they would know what they should do. When I said credit the meal, the hostess said she would talk to the manager and see what they could do. Doesn't sound promising. I guess it's time to find another Italian restaurant.

@LakesideDFW there is a stray dogs problem in your area. Me and my 2 months infant were followed by a full grown Bull Dog and a full grown German Shepherd yesterday in the small park by Overture apartments. Please do something about it. This is dangerous!

We used to live at Lakeside while building our house in Lantana. We liked the apartment but had a lot of issues with our appliances and bugs. Would recommend living here to anyone for the shops and restaurants nearby, and it's a really cute neighborhood to raise a small child in, but service at the apartment complex was less than satisfactory.

Management is always helpful and accommodating & we never have any major issues with our apartment. Love the proximity to the lake and access to retail/restaurants. Best place to live in Flower Mound!

Still under development and the part that is developed isn't on the lake. A nice area, a couple of restaurants, coffee joints, nail salon, movie theater, barber shop and ice cream parlor. Lots of residential surround the shops. Has potential, needs the lake part finished.
