Have a witness or record all conversations or just do your homework and go to a reputable realtor with excellent reviews. You cannot believe all they tell you Have a witness with you. I would never use this company again G

Stephanie Shrum was a literal SAINT to work with. She went above and beyond for my partner and I during our search for our very first home. We were buying a house from long-distance (over 1,000 miles away) and couldn't look in person. But Stephanie took such good care of us by taking videos, doing walk-throughs, and connecting us with all the local people we needed, that we didn't feel at a disadvantage at all.

From day 1, Stephanie made us feel like her main priority (even though we know she is a busy lady). She worked diligently with us on the daily to nail down exactly what we were looking for in a home. She found us the home of our dreams, for a great price, from over 1,000 miles away and held our hands through the whole transaction. Even after it was all said and done, she has gone out of her way to help us out and make our first home buying experience (and move across the country) a delightful and smooth process. Including prepping our home so that when we walked in it was ready for a good first night's sleep.

Me and brother moved from NM and Texas to buy land and relax up north. After 2 weeks and 500$ we were told that we needed an addendum and since we didnt have one we got rejected.all but our 500$ which we were told they "might" be able to get our money back.lol. How about telling us about the " addendum at the very beginning.ya want a house or property you will leave this place very dissapointed. NuffSaid!

Sent an email about possibly listing my property with them and no response. Any response would have been nice such as 'someone will be in contact with you' or 'not interested at this time' but notta! I would think an opportunity for business would generate a response!
