I rent a commercial property from them, ac/heat went out July of 2021. Have had 2 different A/C repair people come out and both said need a new unit. We are now in Feb 2022 and still nothing has been done. Furthermore, talked to owner about this and again still nothing. If you want any kind of rapid service, definitely look elsewhere.

STAY AWAY Worst rental agency every. They charge you for repairs and even if you spend several days cleaning before moving out they'll send their own inspector (no third party inspector) and charge you for cleaning and painting. The house was dirty when we moved in and we close to 2 pages worth of things that were wrong with the house, it wasn't even cleaned, but then they charge us for cleaning once we move out even though we left it cleaner than when we first moved in.

I warn anyone and everyone who plans to rent from this property management company to stay clear. Not only did they over promise and underdeliver but the lack of professionalism and follow through by the property manager is despicable. She not only ruined a family move but completely disrespected a VETERAN and his wife. They do not honor their promises and in a town full of active duty soldiers and veterans fail to even be apologetic.
I asked for an owner to call me and Mr. Brabham was out of the office and per the property manager not available. DO NOT TRUST THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE and I would question even Mr. Brabham commitment to truly care for his customers. He has a incompetent, disrespectful and untrustworthy employee representing himself and his company in the Property Management Office. For community committed to veterans today, all I saw was a veteran and his family taken advantage of.

I love this agency a lot. I've been renting from them for about 4 years now. So as I was headed to work I called to leave a message because once I get to work I have no service. To my surprise an elderly lady answered stating she was an answering service. So I asked if I could leave message or be routed to a messaging service. She stated that they open in an hour and hung up. So I called back and explained to her my intent. She then took my message and hung up again. Please, someone tell me what this lady's purpose is?

So I've dealt with this company before in the past and the customer service was non existent. Even people I knew has had bad experiences in the past for lack of CS. It's like every time I had to give them a visit the ladies working were just not happy. Recently, I purchased an investment property and the CS was excellent. I had to pay them a few visits and every time I was greeted. They also are taking covid into consideration. Thank you for improving the CS.

Second time renting with them and although the final statement was shocking, it was justified as I deployed on short notice and had to pay an extra months rent. Due to this the yard, house, and little overlooked details of move out added up past my deposit. Make sure you give notice as soon as possible and have everything at the unit like you would be trying to sell the place yourself.
They have always been helpful, quick with any issues and flexible to my needs. They are running a tight business and I respect that. They do have a military clause with 30 day notice so, as soon as you have an idea you will soon deploy, let them know. You can stay past the 30 days until you leave in order to satisfy the 30 day window.

Perfect timing for renting. TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE on rental property! Air conditioning went out and we went MONTHS without air.in the peak of summer in a 4 bedroom house! Nothing was done until they were back doored and we contacted the owners directly! Now.the hot water keeps going out.how convenient since the lease is almost up! Smh! $1650 monthly.mist of Covid. I'm a nurse and I have no hot water.just great. Not to mention things that needed fixing prior to move in was never completed. MILITARY go with someone else!

Jo Anne Littleton did an outstanding job as our realtor, and I highly recommend her to sell your home. We live out of state and decided to sell our rental home in Sumter, SC. Due to her attention to detail and aggressive marketing, Jo Anne was able to get an offer on the home within one week of listing it. Prior to closing she coordinated all required repairs, house-cleaning and sent us all necessary documents early. Jo Anne kept us informed throughout the entire process to ensure a successful closing. We couldn't be more pleased with the service she provided.

Avoid doing any business with John M. Brabham Real Estate. I had them managing a rental property of mine, they were not only rude and unprofessional to me but my tenants as well. They acted as though they were doing me a favor when I asked them to do anything. They were very slow and sometimes completely unresponsive in taking care of tenant complaints/issues and were responsible for unhappy tenants terminating leases early and sometimes skipping out on paying rent leaving my house in shambles.
They are slow to answer emails, sometimes taking 3 or 4 days to respond and they do not keep you informed of property issues. I elevated concerns to senior management without ever receiving responses. Agnes Edwards is only there to collect a pay check and and could care less about you as a property owner or renter. She does as little as possible to satisfy the customers.
When I requested property maintenance records she told me to look at my monthly billing statements (which only lists costs for maintenance/repairs and does not indicate actual repair). I was appalled at such a response, I pay 10 percent commission to manage my property and I am told (via email) to look at my monthly statement, they have no idea how a customer should be treated.
I finally fired them and have found another company that has done a remarkable managing my property. Bottom line: Stay clear of Prudential John M. Brabham Real Estate. They do not have your best interest in mind--home owner or tenant
