I use Masters Housing B to list my home for the folks who wish to attend the Masters. We have had nothing but great visitors to our home. The communication was spot on and after Masters Housing B put us in contact with the company rep.it was all smooth sailing. Due to privacy issues, I cannot say who has stayed here. We have had well known companies and executives in our home and we always welcome them back year after year. We look forward to another year of hosting. Very Pleased. Jones Creek Resident.

I have been severely displeased with this "company". First of all, I got the impression that the Director, Ashley Blevins, does this part time. She only answers her phone of the time, and responds to emails days apart. For a friend, I would understand, but as a BUSINESS?, I'm confused. I attempted to book houses through this company for Masters for two months.
When no contracts or agreements came in I was suspicious. When two houses that we already had accepted offers on suddenly became "rented" I was frustrated. Frusterated with the fact that Ms. Blevins did not even take the time to CONFIRM the house was available before referring it to me. When I finally demanded a contract (yes, had to actually say after two months, I NEED this by 2 or we walk) and that contract was signed and returned I was willing to overlook past unprofessionalism's.
I should have not been so quick to think Masters Housing professional because the next morning I received an email from Ms. Blevins that stated : "Thank you for using the services of Masters Housing Bureau for the 2012 Masters Tournament. Unfortunately, I must report to you that the owner has declined to move forward with the rental agreement due to concerns about the use of their home.
At this time, the booking will be considered null and void. Please discontinue any payments in process for the amount of this rental. I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter." To which my response was : As I'm sure you can imagine, I am extremely concerned with yet another property falling short.
Please extend the professional courtesy of contacting me regarding the "concerns" the renter has for their property." Not even 10 minutes later I received the following correspondence: "So noted. I was not made aware of any concerns until this morning. I assure you that any other concerns will be brought to your attention as they are brought to mine.
Have a wonderful afternoon." The lack of professionalism (response time, ability to produce product, returning phone calls etc) could have been overlooked for a month, but the combination of a lack of professionalism, disrespect and customer service left me with no choice but to seek another avenue for housing. I do not recommend this company either for people looking to rent a home or for people looking to have this company rent their home. Based on my experience, I would have more faith posting an add on craigs list.
