Second Wind really made our stay enjoyable! The house had plenty of room, was clean, and the resort amenities really made a nice place to stay even better. The golf cart, boardwalk to the beach, and a choice of pools meant no one was bored or limited to one thing. Fishing nearby was great as well. The house had a nicely stocked kitchen and washer/dryer, and comfy beds. We would definitely come back. Thanks!

We rented a condo at Crystal Shores West this past week. The condo was wonderful, clean, and spacious. Sunset Properties was easy to book with, and they provided all the checking in and out information that we needed. The thing that I was MOST impressed with was their housekeeping service and let me tell you why. We packed up and loaded the truck yesterday morning to come home.

My husband was rushing me and my son told me that he checked the entire condo and we were good to go, so I took his word for it and we left. When we got home, the housekeeping staff contacted me and said we had left items behind. I asked what it was.my ENTIRE SUITCASE! I left it in the closet of the master bedroom. Thank goodness our friends were staying downstairs in another unit and they were still there.

The housekeeping supervisor delivered my suitcase to our friends condo this morning! I am so very pleased and thankful for these honest people! Thank you Sunset Properties and the entire housekeeping staff! You guys are a blessing!

Our condo was amazing, filled with everything we needed, and more. The views were spectacular, and the amenities were great too! Anytime we had a question, we sent a text and had a response within minutes. Sunset properties was awesome to work with. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future. Thank you again for helping us make an amazing family vacation!

The condo was wonderful and perfect for a girl's trip away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. We definitely would stay again. The condos had a private boardwalk to the beach. Our specific condo had a balcony that gave us wonderful ocean views. We even enjoyed the pool when thunderstorms were threatening our vacay. The staff were responsive to any inquires during our stay, no matter the time of day.

A couple of minor improvements could be made to make this a perfect stay. It would be nice to have a laminated instruction sheet on the fridge with check-in info, check-out info, parking info, pool info, and maybe even local restaurant info. The app was helpful but I couldn't always find what I needed on it, like accessing a copy of my rental agreement for information.

We also did an early check-in and noticed that there was a bathing suit left by a previous occupant of the condo and there was some sand on the comforters. Maybe a little more thorough cleaning could have been done but overall the place was clean and comfortable. We would recommend this condo to others.

This was our first rental experience with Sunset Properties after going to Gulf Shores for 10+ years and let me say I was impressed! I don't think we will use any other rental property. Our condo and stay were wonderful, any questions or concerns before or doing our trip were taken care of. We loved our unit in Ocean House II. Thank you Sunset Properties for providing such a great experience! We'll be seeing you next year.

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay last week in Fort Morgan in the little Tortuga Bay cottage. Thewere so lovely to sit under and gaze up at the full moon, while sitting by our little fire every night. The deep porch and lovely lighting made it so cool and cozy to spend time outside and the weather was perfect! We had never stayed on the bayside in all the 20 years we have been coming to the Gulf and I really loved it. So much wildlife to watch! Y'all have always treated us well when we rent from you and we will be back.

We enjoyed our rental very much! Plenty of space for my kids big and small. View from back balcony was beautiful. We stayed in Fort Morgan which was beautiful and peaceful but convenient to gulf shores and just a ferry ride away (which my kids LOVED) from Dauphin Island.

The Ocean House 2 Unit 2504 was AWESOME! The decor was very colorful and pretty. The kitchen and appliances were modern and matching. The kitchen was a good size. Loved the countertop bar and stools as well as the dining table and chairs. Both beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Enjoyed the balcony view overseeing the beach and water.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! This newly renovated condo was decorated beautifully with comfy furniture and other amenities. We loved having a bathroom connected to each of the bedrooms. The kitchen was nicely stocked as well. Our families enjoyed time on the balcony on the raining days, but loved the really short walk to the beach even better. We definitely hope to stay in this condo again soon. Great experience!

Sunset Properties is THE GO TO Vacation Rental company for Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores, we have used them for the last 4-5 years and they treat you like family, are very responsive, very well priced, take care of issues ( if any) arise. You will no go wrong dealing with Sunset Properties.

We rented hanger outer. If you have grass allergies or mold allergies stay away. I knew the place wasn't gonna be great from the pics but I rented it for the dock and fishing. The straw rug is damp and my allergies are killing me. There's black mold that's been painted over in the upstairs bathroom. You get one bottle of hand soap for the entire place.

When they say bring your own supplies you damn well better bring everything. There's barely anything in the kitchen. I did find salt and pepper. Need to throw something in the oven bring your own pot holder. No dish towels. None of the dock lights work the sheets on the bed are the worst I've ever had. This is barely a step up from camping. I've rented houses from Hawaii to Washington, Montana, KY, TN, multiple AL locations and this is by far my biggest disappointment. The best thing about this place is the yard and the dock.

We loved our stay, and easy checking in and out. We stayed at the hanger outer it's not to fancy but a perfect place for us. Next time we plan on bringing our grand children. We have rent from some of the other companies but this was the best by far, will definitely be renting from sunset properties again. Thanks for a great time!

Sunset Properties is the best property management company on the gulf coast! These ladies go above and beyond for anything that is needed and are always a tremendous help to me when booking their properties. From starting the process of booking through Sunset all the way down to the housekeeping of the properties, I am always exceptionally pleased!

We stayed in Ft Morgan home- Grace. Well laid out, bright and beachy with gorgeous views from every room in this home- Including bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bath and wall mounted tv, large well stocked kitchen that is open to living area with spacious & convenient bath right off the kitchen. Elevator, outdoor shower and easy walk to the beach.

The property management Sunset Properties were more than efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The entire process from booking, check-in/out was user and customer friendly. Absolutely recommend this home and management team!

Hi. I would like to say how much I appreciate Sunset Properties. The owners were very attentive and provided a lot of information of things to do and places to eat. I brought my family we all couldn't believe the view we had, it was amazing. We had 5 adults and 6 girls ranging from 3 to 10. We had such a wonderful and memorable experience. The kids had a blast in the gulf, at the lazy River and all the pools on property.

Everything was well kept. In the condo was everything and more we needed. The staff was so awesome they arranged to drop off a birthday cake and put some decorations out for my grand daughter. So besides her being surprised to see me because I flew in to surprise her, She was totally blown away when she walked in. Thanks so much! I can't wait to stay here again!

Our family of six had a wonderful fall break stay at Indies 708! The condo was clean when we arrived. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The minor maintenance requests we had during our stay were quickly addressed. While the condo officially sleeps 8, I think it would be cramped for 8 adults, but for our family, it was perfect!

Including my wife and me, sons, daughters-in-law, and grandkids, there were 14 of us in this house. And though we absolutely enjoyed the beach, the beautiful weather, and the incredible house, we were very disappointed when the pool maintenance crew on 2 separate days just walked in the house without any notification or warning. On one of the days they were there for at least 2 hours hanging out on the deck.

We felt our privacy was violated and the women and children in our family felt unsafe wondering who and when the next worker would just walk in the house. Though we notified Sunset about the first day's incident the pool guys returned the next day. Again, we notified Sunset and were told the pool company was reputable and bonded. Maybe so, but that's irrelevant when you pay to stay in a home with the expectation of privacy and respect. Again, we were very disappointed about this experience as well as the unprofessional and unconcerned attitude of Sunset over this situation.

We recently stayed here and had the best time. The room was so beautiful. It was very spacious and the balcony view was gorgeous. It is very close to the beach. There are lots of food options very close as well. The selection of pools, both indoor and out, were great. We will for sure stay again!
