20 East Butte in Sunriver - great house, good furnishings, great location-quick and easy to SHARC but located Northeast with quick access to get on highway to Bend. We've stayed in Sunriver many times over the years. Mountain Resort Properties was very easy to work with, especially since this was a last minute trip. Thanks for the great stay.

Beautiful home, very clean, very quiet area, has two ovens. Our only issue was lack of bikes for our 2 14 year old boys. We had to rent bikes which have become more expensive;. I also Asked for a small ramp to be installed for our adult son who is Paralyzed in wheelchair and they were either unwilling or unable to accommodate. In the past vacasa And village properties and other Property managers have put a small wooden ramp in to help her son gain entry at the front door. However to be fair, we knew the house did not have bikes when we rented it.

We had an excellent experience with Mountain Resort Properties! The house we rented was perfect and as described. When I had questions prior to arriving about things in the house (coffee pot style, detergent, etc.), I was able to call, and the staff answered my questions right away. We had a small concern while we were staying in the house, and maintenance was there within 30 minutes to address the concern.

The process for renting and paying was easy and direct with their website, and I was happy to see a company still offering multiple night stay discounts. I have been sharing this rental agency with others and will continue to look here first for our Sunriver needs!

Mountain Resort Properties was great to work with for our Sunriver stay! Friendly service and clear communication made the process easy. The house we stayed in (Crag 1) was amazing and we cannot wait to go back.

Have arrived at night and I have dog and gate wasn't closed on the bottom (because of the snow) and I didn't see it. At the morning my My dog escaped through the bottom gap. The resort has send someone quickly, but my first day was ruined. Check gate before guest arrived!

ZERO STAR RATING. BEWARE. We have had an absolutely terrible experience. This property mgmt company is responsible for plowing driveway. when our car got stuck they offered no support. My husband slipped and fell and broke his knee while digging the car out. I called back and they offered to call a service truck to help us in the morning. I followed up the next morning and they denied offering this.

The woman on the phone said that I was capable of handling this matter on my own and it was not their responsibility. They showed no compassion. They offered no referrals to local towing or plowing companies. I left a message for the owner Tim Hadley. He never called me back. Further, no one has followed up to see if we are OK. We have three kids and the dog and are stranded and this company is shameless. Do. Not. Recommend.

When I wanted to change the location of our stay the day after I booked, these folks were very accommodating. Vacation home rental was just as described. It was spotless when we arrived and had all the necessary supplies for a comfortable stay.

Check in was easy and seamless. Notifications about our stay were sent with plenty of time and the information was easy to follow. Mountain resorts has always been wonderful to deal with. The house itself was in somewhat of a run down state. There was place settings for 5, even though we registered with a group of 8 (5 forks). There was no extra bedding and it was quite cold.

The appliances are in need of an upgrade (the shelving on the door was broken in several places) as are many of the furnishing. The hot tube was great, but we had to call the service to simply top up the water level. This could have been easily done by us. The window in the kitchen began to leak, we did not notice initially as it was behind the dish rack on the counter.

Some of our electronics that were set on the window sill got water on them and the electrical outlet that was next to the window sill got quite wet. We did have a lovely time with family and will definitely work with Mount resort properties again but I would not rent this particular house again.

Polehouse #4 is a great little home in Sunriver. It has plenty of room for a family and the location is excellent for walking, biking, headed to the mall. The beds here are the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a rental. I only dinged it one star as the vinyl slat blinds off the dining and living rooms are broken and really hard to open/close.

Plus they have missing slats. Finally, THIS PLACE WAS CLEAN AS A WHISTLE! We go to Sunriver several times a year, but this was our first TIME renting from Mountain Resort Properties. We had a minor issue upon arrival and they responded immediately. Great customer service, and I highly recommend! PS - Either bring your own bikes, or rent at the mall (Village Bikes)

I was recently diagnosed with cancer and after informing them of this and asking if I'd need to go through insurance for a refund they instead fully refunded me. They then realized their mistake, recharged our card and told us to go through insurance. The insurance THEY sold us was insufficient and their own insurance company has no idea why they even gave us such low coverage. They've refused to make it right, refused to respond to the insurance company's inquiries, and refused to refund us the difference due to their error. I've booked with them for three years in a row and now would never ever use them again.

At a time when I'm battling cancer and overwhelmed with stress they have made this entire process an absolute and utter nightmare and displayed a complete lack of empathy. Do not respond to this review saying it's a CSA issue. It is not and we made every attempt to resolve this directly, for a month now, prior to posting this review.

Mtn. Resorts in Sunriver has always been a place we would stay whenever we would come visit on vacation. Historically was amazing to work with until recently. We purchased insurance coverage with our stay given all elements happening presently within the world. Unfortunately, we had to enact that coverage due to a severe illness and they opted to fully refund us. Funds were even credited back and no mention of the need to use the insurance even after mentioning it in all (3) of our communications.

After getting confirmation of a refund and no acknowledgement of insurance needed. We then get a call later that day saying we have to use the insurance and they are going to charge back on our card. Now, here we are over a month later and now the insurance is doing an investigation with the resort due to the lack of coverage. Due to this we are now out more funds than we were initially advised, even the insurance company doesn't understand the coverage and the resort even "fully" refunded us initially. Stay away from this group at all costs and we will never use this company again.

We rented Fairway Village 32 and it was disgustingly dirty. The carpets were filthy and so were the bathrooms. And there was garbage between the pillows on the couch. It was embarrassing. I cannot believe it was my vacation. Really ruined by what bad condition the house was in. I would give it no stars if I could terrible

I do not recommend renting from Mountain Resort Properties. We rented 14 Top Flite in August 2021. We have been coming to Sunriver every summer for 32 years for a family reunion. We have never had as many problems with a Sunriver property as we had with Topflite 14 this past week. These issues included: - Broken dishwasher - Broken coffee maker - Missing shelf in the main fridge (made it difficult to store the food we'd brought for the three families staying in the house) - Broken garage fridge - Multiple inoperable kitchen electrical outlets (we attempted to cook a meal by slow cooker using these outlets and it was hours before we realized the problem) - Trash not picked up as scheduled, and garbage smell so bad we could not use the ping pong/foosball in the garage - The house was not well cleaned when we arrived; after walking barefoot in the house for a few minutes, the soles of our feet were black, we had to vacuum multiple rooms upon arrival, and surfaces were very dusty/dirty We notified property management about these issues Sunday morning, the day after we arrived.

They responded by sending someone the next day with a new coffemaker and to try to fix the dishwasher. After that, we heard nothing more from property management. We eventually made the garbage smell better by going into the trash bins and compressing/closing the trash bags left by previous guests. After our departure, I wrote an email to Mountain Resort Properties explaining the problems and stating that we did not think we should pay full price (nearly $500/night).

They responded by (1) blaming the problems on the guests who stayed in the unit before us and (2) contending that the list of issues fell under the provision of the rental contract stating that hot tubs, bikes, and similar amenities are sometimes unavailable due to "repair and routine maintenance." The response concluded by saying it is "common" for there to be problems with vacation rentals.

We stayed at one of the Mountain Resort Properties last weekend. This is lovely sprawling development of mountain-style homes about 20 minutes from the town of Bend. There are tennis courts, playgrounds, biking/walking trails, outdoor pool and lazy river, golf course, and more! Mt Bachelor is just a 30 minute drive and we enjoyed three glorious days of spring skiing.

Our home was a throwback to the 70s - super retro! We loved it! There were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - spacious and very comfortable for the eight of us. The mattresses on all the beds were great. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for meal prep. Appliances worked well. Would definitely rent 10 Sandhill Lane again. Would have loved to have had a hot tub on the deck (hint, hint!).

We rented Top Flite on the recommendation of Mt. Resort Properties when the house we originally rented through them was sold, and the new owners decided not to honor the existing reservations. The people at Mt. Resort Properties presented this house as comparable to the house we originally rented, a property we had stayed in previously and were familiar with.

This house was not remotely comparable to our original rental. First, the house backs up to the Sunriver water treatment facility, a detail not disclosed to us by Mt. Resort Properties. Once inside the house, it was immediately apparent that the space in the kitchen/dining/living area was limited for a party of 10. When the fire place wouldn't start and we were told that it couldn't be repaired until after we departed, I called the Mt.

Resort Properties office to discuss our options. When I expressed my frustration about the location and size of the house as well as the fireplace issue, the property manager, Tim (being the consummate professional that he is, Tim refused to provide me with his last name), was indifferent. When I requested some concessions and suggested that other potential renters might be interested to know about our experience, Tim became angry.

His solution was that we should find another place to stay (which, while preferrable, wasn't possible on December 23). We experienced other issues with the house, but we didn't bother to contact Mt. Resort Properties until after our departure since it was clear they weren't interested in ensuring our stay was comfortable. Other Sunriver property management companies are much more honorable and renter friendly. Use Mt. Resort Properties at your own risk. Note to the homeowner: You might want to consider how well your house is being managed and maintained by Mt. Resort Properties.

Fairway Village #32 I have rented from Mt Resort Properties several times in the past and had good experiences. I booked Fairway Village #32 for Labor day weekend which had good reviews on their website. This property at over $300 a night with fees was directly from the 1980's and seemed like it was never updated. The property had multiple issues and needs a complete remodel, had stains in the carpet and all over the furniture, a washing machine and bathroom fans that sounded like freight trains.

It did have tv and wi-fi that worked and five bikes as described however the bikes needed to be replaced or tuned up. I mentioned this to the staff when I went back and they just said yes that is a "OLD" unit. Tried to review directly Mt Resort website but it would not allow me to do so. Look elsewhere if heading to Sunriver so many other options.

We should have looked at yelp reviews for this company before booking Sparks #4, a large house for a 7 night family reunion. Arrived at house to find dirty floors, various lights not working, much-stained LR carpeting, exterior appearance very run down and poorly maintained (paint raised, cracked & peeling from siding, decking and railings, gutters overflowing with pine needles, decking black with grime, front sidewalk broken up, rat trap in corner of front entry, etc). Called office for add'l interior floor cleaning as toddlers would be arriving next day, cleaner was sent but floors still dirty afterwards (i.e. wet paper towel swipe on kitchen floor still comes up dark brown), some lights still out, no note or follow-up from manager or office.

Hot tub hadn't been chlorinated, water murky, tech came and said total water replacement needed because they had "undermaintained it" (=no use for 1 day of rental). After stay, letter to manager resulted in no response other than generic "come again" email offering 5% discount on future stays, no reference to list of deficiencies. MRP's description of house says "memories of your stay here will last a lifetime": wish we had taken it as a warning of what was ahead.

We've rented from mrp for a few years. The places have always exceeded our expectations. As long as they keep offering their 2 for 1 special we will keep checking their site first for rentals.

Disappointed. I submitted this review to Mountain Resort but realizing they only appear to post glowing reviews on their site. We had a great time, particularly with the bike paths and all the activities near Sunriver. However, the house (Loon 13) was much more dated than expected from the pictures. It also was very noticeable from the carpet and furniture that this is a pet-friendly house.

And it's in the Q&As, but guests should note that there's no air-conditioning. Luckily, it was fairly cool much of our time there but the upstairs can get hot and stuffy. The house was spacious, well-priced and the river view was great, but we were expecting a luxury property from the photos and reviews.

Our family and extended family of 12 rented a property over the Thanksgiving holiday. All seemed fine at check in. Into day 2 we realized a number items were not working. The exterior lighting did not work and kept tripping one of the breakers. This was a safetey hazzard and while they did send a maintenance person out, he indicated there was nothing he could do at the time as the power would have to shut down.

Fair enough. He was then informed that only 3 of 4 the stove top burners was functional and the ice maker did not work at all. He told us he would take note and report this back to the office. Apparently this did not happen because the office had no record of it. On any given weekend, this might have been manageable. On thanksgiving, made it a challenge.

We then called and asked that they provide additional paper products and cleaning materials as the instructions requested we leave dishes and other items clean. ok.as long as there is enough at the end of a 4 day stay. On the phone, they obliged. When I showed up to the office they said this not something they do and will not this time either. Alright.all of this is forgivable if not somewhat expected. However, after talking to and emailing representatives including management, their response was unhelpful and unprofessional.

The property was NOT as advertised and when you pay a large sum each night, the expectation is that major items are in working order, or quickly resolved. We would have gladly used the property management company again had they responded appropriately. Sorry, won't do it again and won't recommend. Nor would I let them manage any of my properties.

The worst rental experience I have ever had at Sunriver. I have rented over 50 properties over the last 30 years and never had any issues. We rented Klamath 10, which said it slept 6. Upon arriving, we open the sofa bed, which supposedly slept 2 adults, to find almost all the springs holding the mattress were broken and the mattress was severely ripped up.

The bbq wouldn't heat up to cooking temperatures, the exhaust fan in the kitchen sound like a chain saw and vibrated the floor, the kitchen window blinds were broken, the shower head barely trickled water, the main toilet would not stop running, there were left over soap wrappers in the shower from previous tenants, as well as empty water bottles and a baseball cap under the sofa bed and food left in the cupboards.

The towels smelled moldy and the toilet seats looked like sandpaper. It took 2 days to get maintenance out. The result: they took down the blind, but did not replace it, they changed the shower head, and offer an air mattress to replace the broken sofa bed. Nothing else was fixed nor was there an offer to re clean the space. 2 of our guests chose to leave and rent a motel rather than sleep on the floor.

I requested a partial refund and was offered $123 on a $1600 rental. And the refund was credited to an account that had been compromised and closed. The owner of this business told me there is nothing else he will do to make it right. Do not rent this house or any other house from this company. By the way, I am a successful business owner in the service industry and would not be in business if I treated my customers like this.

We rented a house for a week in Bend through Mountain Resort Properties in July 2016. Before booking the rental, I called and spoke to the person in their office to confirm the number of bikes. He said that they would guarantee two and I wrote this in my notes. When we arrived, they only had one bike and they said they would not give us another bike, but were happy to refer us to a very expensive bike rental shop.

During our trip, the garage door didn't work and was stuck open by about 10 inches. I contacted them upon check in to ask if they could fix it and called them several times during our trip to explain that nobody had yet arrived. They continued to tell me that someone was coming and nobody ever did. Fortunately, we eventually figured out how to get it closed ourselves(not what i want to spend my vacation time on)We have rented from Cascara vacation rentals (previously Sunray) and we have never had a problem. Avoid this company.

A great getaway! The house (18 Hart Mountain) was clean and ready when we arrived. Plenty of room for our family of 4. SHARC passes were a great bonus! Wifi was strong and the hot tub was clean. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will recommend Mountain Resort Properties to family and friends.

Our stay with Mountain Resorts at #9 Conifer was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival we discovered that the air conditioning unit was not working, as well as a broken toilet. A repair person was immediately dispatch to fix the toilet but left without completely fixing it, leaving us with one less bathroom to use. We were then told by Mtn Resorts that they were aware the day before that the a/c was out, had ordered the part, but had just learned minutes prior to our call that Fed Ex had delayed the arrival.

With it being a holiday weekend (we arrived on a Friday), we would have to wait until Monday to get the unit fixed. Needless to say that when we left the following Wednesday, the a/c had still not been fixed. Upon check out, we encountered Debbie, (whom we had initially contacted when we checked in with our house issues) and found her to absolutely rude, snarky, argumentative, and unwilling to even offer an apology or take any accountability or ownership of the situation.

It was then that she confessed that the a/c had been out for the entire week prior to (not just the day before) our arrival. Not once did she consider calling us in advance of our coming to notify us and discuss housing options. Never once did anyone check in with us during our stay see how we were doing, nor did they check in to give us any sort of update on the situation.

We had to continuously call them for information. All this situation required for a remedy would have been decent amount of courteous customer service. We received none of that from Debbie and her team. On top of this, the carpets were filthy and stained. We have been coming to Sunriver for years. This time we brought our family from North Carolina and quite frankly, we were embarrassed. This was our first time using Mountain Resorts. It will be our last.

This is the worst excuse I've ever seen for a rental company. The owner was rude, the house was hot and they refused to lower the temperature. Don't rent from these people. Nothing but trouble and excuses.

We rented a property from Mountain Resort Properties in Sunriver over Memorial Day. We were charged a refundable security deposit. They charge $500 security deposit for a two-day rental, which is a lot of money, in additional to rental fee, cleaning and taxes. We were happy with the property and left the property in perfect shape. Their stated Terms and Conditions indicate that deposit will be returned no later than 10-14 days after departure date.

After 14 days the deposit was not returned. We called and their staff indicated that it was "normal policy", although in violation of the stated rental terms and conditions, to return the deposit 30 days after departure date. It's been 35 days and we haven't received the security deposit back, nor any communication from the company. This is completely unacceptable. Don't rent from this company. We are contacting a consumer protection agency to get the deposit back.

Do NOT rent from (or list your rental home) these people! They are rude and false advertisers. We rented a home from them to be close to the mall & for the free Sharc passes advertised. We arrived & they refused to give us Sharc passes. Below is the wording from our reservation. The second paragraph talks about tennis & the asterisk implies that it refers to somewhere else in the letter - not the paragraph above.

Due to website wording & confirmation, we were expecting passes. They were rude and derogatory about the whole thing. Obviously we can afford passes but it is the false advertising & the totally rude treatment that is amazing! We will never rent from them again! Please pass the word! From our confirmation. Free Limited SHARC: This home provides for 6 free one day SHARC passes avaialble for pick up at check in.

Additional passes may be purchased at our office for $8 each. A savings of 68% off of gate fee ($25). *Same day visit for SHARC aquatics and/or N. Pool. May be used for tennis access in place of SHARC/N. Pool. Tennis reservations are required. Passes available for stays between May 24, 2014 - September 1, 2014, Other restrictions may apply.
