I have been with Tinsely since 2012! I am grateful for them despite the hardships I went through throughout the years. We always communicated and it's that I cherish the most. Thank you Tinsely.

I've been in one of Tinsley's rental properties now for about 3 years and these guy's are absolutely amazing they have been so understanding and considerate to unfortunate and unexpected life situations every time that I have called with someone type of maintenance issue or just any issue at hand they are always on top of it. So Blessed to have these guy's as my realtor! And Somer you are such a Blessing!

Tinsley Real Estate is an outstanding company. Polite as well as exceedingly professional in the event anything should arise with a property quality and diligence is first and foremost. This is a great business to.patronize they are some of the greatest, considerate, trustworty, and compassionate people left doing business in the world. I was very pleased with the help I received in getting a rental home. The office staff is very friendly and organized. They tried their best to find the perfect home for me. I've been renting from Tinsley for about 8 years now and have been thoroughly pleased. I recommend them for a first time renter and an experienced renter.

I will give them 5 stars if my application goes through but they are friendly patient and helpful I don't know much more about them yet but when my application goes through I will get to kn it w the company and share more information I believe it will all be positive. By the way my application went through I apologize for taking so long to update my review.

My Grandmother Janie Neal rented from them until her passing. I never heard her complain about the place outside of the roaches but I think Tinsley took care of that. All in all the company was great.

Paying rent at Tinsley is like paying your tab at a Hooters. You could be critical of the food or service. They'd probably take things off your check if you did. But the girls taking your money are gorgeous, so that's not too bad - you just smile back while you empty your pockets.

The ladies in here are very rude and their properties are extremely overpriced. Do not reccomend renting from here at all!

We rented a home at 21 Walker Rd in TR.and once we left they tried to stick us with unjustified damages. The bathroom window was broke and we notified management as soon as we moved in and they said it wasn't a problem that it was like that before we moved in and then tried to say we had animals in the house. Our kitchen floor was falling in and they didn't fix that either and now we are being sued in court for all sorts of stuff that we did not cause.

It's a 1900's farm house and the landlord gave us a discount on rent to try and keep us now we have their shark lawyers trying to get money in a pandemic from us.what they need to investigate is the condoms we found in one of the closet shelves. I would think Mr. or Mrs. Tinsley has a special friend.don't know why they are mad at us for.damn shame! Spoke with the homeowner and they did not have a problem with us leaving.

Recently relocated here from Arizona was referred to Tinsley Real Estate from a friend and they are AMAZING they provide us with a fast easy transition with wonderful customer service from start to finish would recommend them anyway

Tinsley Real Estate is awesome! Anytime I've ever had an issue with my house I rent from them they have fixed it immediately. Not just small stuff either! The air conditioning unit was making a buzzing sound that you could hear inside the house. I called and later that day an HVAC tech was there. The next day they installed a new unit. Time and time again they amaze me with their prompt and courteous service.

If you are looking for a place to rent, please contact them, they are very professional and all the above. I LOVE MY TINSLEY FAMILY!

We all should be treated equally I called and spoke with a lady, she said that they had a 2 bedroom so when I go up there to turn in app fee and application! That the toke right out my hand They looking at the application and telling me they don't have it that it's been rented, They wouldn't except my application then when I ask about another one, she proceeded to say I have to look at the property first! Witch I don't understand!

I should be-able to turn in my application with no problem so that's one less thing I have to do! This not the first time I have had a problem with them. They will Discriminate you! Why because I'm black I'm black I'm not good enough to rent from y'all, it was a young girl with blonde hair and another with black shoulder length hair. And no I don't recommend! What's done in the dark shall come to light
