Brandi is the BEST! She managed the VERY complicated sale of our previous home (due to the buyer's conditions, not ours) and our purchase of our new home, all while keeping it stress free, keeping us updated the whole time, and making us feel like family. Our realtor, Scott See, starting working with us in early January when we were here for the holidays visiting family. We told him we were looking to move here in the fall and knew we weren't interested in purchasing in January but he spent the day driving around to houses to see what we were looking for. We came back twice for other reasons and he spent time with us "shopping". Scott was truly awesome!
He kept up with our changes in what we wanted, kept in contact with us and answered questions, spent time checking out homes without us, and so many other details that needed to be taken care. In September, we purchased a home sight unseen that he and our daughter-in-law had done a walk through on. We LOVE our new home! It is exactly what we were looking for! The whole team of at AtCoastal has been incredible to work with, but one employee in particular has gone above and beyond. If you're looking for your new home, and want a realtor who sees your dream, and strives to get you the best deals he can, the best quality work, and give the best advice, D'Alfred Shaw is your guy. He has continuously exceeded all expectations I could ever have set for a realtor.
We're a military family, with a fairly long list of "must-haves, " and I'm very picky. In ONE DAY. ONE DAY, Mr. Shaw not only found us our dream home but showed us multiple other homes that met our criteria (but weren't JUST right). When we went to see the house, not only did D'Alfred show us the house, but he truly painted the picture of what all could be done with the space.
Instead of "projects" I thought "POTENTIAL!" Within 10 minutes on the property, I knew that was the house I'd be calling home. I am beyond excited to move into our new home, and we are so thankful for our great realtor. If D'Alfred Shaw is any reflection of the company as a whole, it's safe to say no matter who you use, when you choose AtCoastal Reality, you're making the right choice.

We are a military family coming from Japan and this company made the transition from start to finish was awesome. He's very professional and helped ease any insecurities that we may have had because we were first time renters. If you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell your home, let your search stop with Nikki Reed. She is truly a real estate agent that is in your corner, and will have your best interests at heart! My husband and I were new homeowners and Nikki demonstrated the utmost level of patience and professionalism in working with us. Never did she not get back to us almost immediately, but she never made us feel as if we were bothering her in any way. Nikki is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the area and really took what we were looking for in a home to heart when showing us houses.
Truly the epitome of professionalism and her genuineness and authenticity shines through! Excellent style in communication and clarity of what is going on in the process. My rating and review is based on one of their employees and although I did not interact with her with a transaction with this company, I think that potential clients should be aware of the behavior of THAT employee, Breanne Johnson, who showed a complete lack of professionalism. If you DO choose this company, I would recommend choosing another agent.
She and her wife Katie, were interested in renting a room from us and we were trying to get the information from them to run a credit check on Katie as it was better than Breanne's. They had changed their mind about it but instead of being direct about it, they stalled us and then didn't return emails and calls. We held the room for them, and because of the wait we may have lost potential tenants and it showed both a complete lack of consideration and poor communication skills of both Breanne and Katie. There are many other agents out there and I would choose someone who does NOT have negative reviews.

When I decided that it was time to focus on my personal business, rather than on a real estate team, there was no question on who I wanted to work with. Gerry Todd (CEO) & Jon McAchran (Principal Broker) aren't just great leaders - they are honest and kind people! This character extends to the rest of the agents. We truly are a team at AtCoastal.
