Management has largely let me do my own thing and live my life unbothered which I value greatly. While I'm a tough financial spot starting a new job after being wrongfully terminated (yes I feel it's necessary to add wrongfully), management helped me get necessary repairs and allowed me to pay them back. It really saved my bacon. I think they're a pretty good company to run the community I live in and they've done a great job taking care of things.

Management at Heritage Heights no better than past management teams. Never have met them. Receive a letter in the mail of there arrival. Theres a small older women who always intervines when you come into the office, very irrating the way she steps in to always ask if she can help you, even if your speaking to another individual. Never has she ever introduced herself or said her name.

Voice messages don't get returned. Upon asking, told by another young women she typically has that day off and only one who currently has access to voice msgs. Can't inderstand why the following day no return calls concerning msgs left previous day by this young women or why she doesn't bother to monitor this while not in office in case something does occur and she can forward info to those who are in office until this problem gets resolved in the future. Told they are working on the problem by another women whom you hear only her voice, but doesn't bother getting up and coming out to speak with you, instead talks thru open door. Again, no introductions or who she is.

No clue since new management team been here, who they are or met them. Monthly news letters stopped months ago, so no longer current on goings on in park or office so residents can be kept abreast or any important info concerning the park. Asked a month ago about a lanscaping question but still heard nothing. Clearly these individuals don't want to be bothered.

Suggestion was made to call emergency maintenance number but what exactly does the word Maintenance mean? It's clearly not anything related to lot rent. They're quick to reason things out or rationalize an answer as to way this or that happened but don't put in place steps to work around problems with voice mails, etc. so residents don't wonder if they got the voice msgs or why aren't they being returned.

Current New Management team no different than past ones. Just new faces, same indifference to concerns or questions from residents. Here to only get mty lots filled. Delinquent tenants back up to speed on rent or home payments. Clear out any riffraff. Be gone in a years time or less like all the past management teams.
