Overpriced for the bare minimum in an unfinished apartment. trimark properties is tied with collier for one of the worst leasing management companies in Gainesville

Do not rent. Washer & dryer do NOT work and never did in the 2 years I lived there. They refused to replace them. I asked multiple times. They towed my car 4 times. They billed me 250$ for having a pet that I do not have bc I am allergic. The building is infested with fleas. I spent so much money endlessly buying flea killer spray to no avail. Maintenance guys are super sweet though.

I can't thank Angie Orfield enough for finding a home away from home apartment for my twin daughters. I couldn't ask for more - a lovely apartment, a block away from campus, a safe residential area and a parking spot. Thank you for giving this concerned Mom total peace of mind. I also appreciate Diana Brockington for staying late and giving us such a warm welcome when we checked in. Both of you are incredibly professional and attentive to every detail. Trimark is lucky to have you kind, amazing ladies on their team.

I was a model tenant for one of their units, and paid my rent on time, no hassle or worry. After my moving out, they charged me over $250 for damages within the apartment that I had never noticed, or had been in the unit before I moved in. Their staff are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. It took them 3 months to repair a sign for my unit. Quite unhelpful, and I do not recommend them for any reason.

I was looking for a few weeks for an apartment for my daughter, talking to several leasing agents. I called Trimark and found Angie Orfield, one of their leasing agents. Angie is absolutely THE BEST leasing agent I have ever worked with! Being a Realtor myself, I know the business well, and Angie is very friendly, professional and was determined to help me find an apartment for my daughter.

As is turns out, I was able to secure the very last apartment available, with her help. Angie made the process so easy and exceeded all my expectations! I highly recommend Angie! We are looking forward to working with her as my daughter moves into her new apartment.

We leased a property from Trimark through Matt Luedecke for 3 years and had a fantastic experience. From the day we moved into the property, to the day we moved out, Matt and his team were always incredibly attentive to our needs, were prompt with anything that needed to be fixed or updated, went above and beyond answering our calls and emails, and were generally just nice to work with.

The property itself was fully renovated, clean, stylish/modern, well maintained (both interior and exterior), and was a great experience for our team of employees. We highly recommend the Trimark Team for your commercial property needs.

John Flemming and other Trimark owners are a cheap slumlords trying to squeeze as many dollars out of their clients and workers. The Trimark Employees all possess an attitude of dismay against the apartment residents which all starts at the TOP. The only positive reviews for this company are those from their own employees and contractors. All Trimark has to offer is high rental prices for low quality real estate and service.

There are many closer locations to campus such as the Standard, Midtown Apartments, and the Hub which have better customer service and construction. From ownership, to management, and even the customer service workers everyone has a stern, uptight, and arrogant attitude. The nice looking apartments online don't turn out to be what they seem in person.

Angie Orfield has been an absolute professional in assisting our family. We met her this year as we prepared for the move to UF. She is extremely helpful in guiding us from the first time we spoke to her, and more importantly even after we had signed our lease. Many others that we spoke with treated us in a manner that we did not want to move forward with their company.

She continues to provide high levels of service and communication that we've needed so we can feel at peace and prepared for the move-in in August. Thank you very much Trimark for having such qualifed people on your team that are a pleasure to deal with and truly set themselves apart compared to the rest. I recommend speaking with Angie Orfield for any of your real estate needs.

I lived at Savion Park Apartments for 2 years and it was probably the best experience I have had with a rental agency. I only had one poor experience living there, which was when my apartment's bill for our utilities was almost $200 more than what it normally was, but eventually Trimark had GRU come out and they found out the meter was read wrong.

The best part about living at Trimark was absolutely the maintenance staff, they would almost always come within the same day as putting in a request, if not within the same hour. The only thing is that there aren't really any amenities with most of the Trimark properties, like other apartments in Gainesville - but if you are okay with less amenities for better quality and proximity to campus, I will always recommend Trimark to my friends that live in Gainesville.

I rented with Trimark Properties for two years and had an excellent experience! They were very easy to communicate with, and everyone I spoke to was consistently friendly and helpful. The specific building I rented in was very well maintained despite being an older property, and the handful of times I did have to put in a maintenance request they responded promptly and walked me through the issue and how it was being resolved. I cannot recommend this management company enough!

Angie from Trimark was super helpful and responsive. Despite being super busy she still took the time to show me all of the available properties they had that met my standards to ensure I found the best fit. She answered my questions quickly in the time prior to our scheduled meeting, and accommodated my requests to show me a unit like the one I was interested in (since the ones I was looking into were occupied) and then took me to see the location of the one I wanted. She never was impatient or unkind, and took her time to ensure I found my new home!

These are the worst property managers I have ever encountered. All they care about is taking your money. If you wish to sublease your apartment, they make you put down a $200 deposit for no reason. They will not communicate with the person that is subleasing from you, they still expect you to be the middle man when it comes to rent and. maintenance, but you are out $200.

They also had us under the impression that our lease ended at the end of the summer semester, however, they are making us move out a week early leaving us nowhere to stay during the last week of summer. They monopolize the residential area in zone 1, leaving few different property managers to choose from. Most of the workers are very rude and have awful customer service. I wish I knew this before I signed with them. If you are looking for places to live in the Gainesville area, do not choose them.

Overall, they win with location and detail within their properties. However, their management is very uncooperative regarding personal issues and will do anything to take your money. Also, their night maintenance staff takes their sweet time, even in emergencies. It took an hour and a half for someone to come to my apartment when I had multiple leaks coming through my kitchen ceiling at 2am. Terrible customer service and would not recommend to any current/incoming students.

I live in a 3/3 at Tuscana and re-signed for next year as well because of two factors. One, my apartment is beautiful. I have a huge balcony, high ceilings and a large living space which make me never want to leave for class every day. Second, I feel comfortable here and whenever there is a problem, Trimark is prompt in fixing it. If I submit a maintenance request at midnight, I have the team knocking at my door at 9am the next morning to fix the problem, which is an awesome feeling.

Trimark has the best maintenance team ever. My toilet was doing weird things and they literally had it fixed by the time I got home from class on the same day. My apartment is super nice and I can walk to all my classes. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it to live somewhere nice and so close to campus.

I lived in Trimark apartments for two years and I am about to start my third year in a Trimark building. The location is extremely convenient. We had minor issues throughout our time there but Trimark always responded promptly. Trimark took care of everything so my roommates and I never had to worry about our apartment and could just focus on school.

I lived in a historic house with Trimark close to campus and it was great! The inside was spacious and adorable! I could walk to my classes in about 10 minutes and it was easy for friends to come over to study. after class too. The area felt safe and friendly with so many other students living nearby. Plus their maintenance team is very responsive. They always fixed our minor issues within a day or two of putting in the service request. Thank you for a great experience Trimark!

Beautiful apartments. My daughter lived here her sophomore year and loved it. Great service!
