From our first conversation to the closing, several months later, Carol has been helpful, communicative, and professional. All of my requests from getting a duplicate key to obtaining information and condo documents were handled quickly and efficiently. This company doesn't call you back, treat you with respect, or manage properties well from my perspective. They treat you like you work for them. Not the other way around! Our building is undergoing a massive construction project. It's a total mess. It's loud. It's taking forever. In my opinion, it's a completely unmanaged, and a free for all. Our trash situation is a disgusting disaster, and has been that way for years. And, when there is snow.you might be able leave the parking lot by 1pm or the next day after you break your back on an unsalted or barely there salted sidewalks.

I asked MMC to locate a leak in my unit that would happen when the upstairs shower was used. $1,500 later and 4 holes in walls of 2 different units. They found the source of the leak in THE UPSTAIRS SHOWER. No one would give me updates or give me estimates on the work at hand. My poor tenants waited for months! I had to ask MMC to stop after getting that massive bill!

They didn't repair the shower. They left 4 holes in the walls of 2 units. Overall, I had to spend $2,200+ for "research". This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, super expensive, and took an incredibly long time to not fix the problem. Where is the zero stars button. I need to reach out to others in my building to get them to leave reviews of their experiences here as well.

Terrible experience. Mediate Management Company recently took over management of my building and it's been downhill ever since. Firstly, their maintenance man tried to enter my apartment without permission not once, but twice in the same day. No apology or sincere concern from him or the property manager. When I reported a racially charged incident, twice, no one from Mediate Management Company even bothered to respond.

Not ever. Their customer service teams are rude and don't even bother to say good morning when you call. They literally breathe through the phone until you say something to them first. Completely unacceptable.

We had a small fire in our freezer, of all things, at night. We let Mediate know, and they were back in contact with us that morning, a new fridge was on order that day, and it should arrive tomorrow. Excellent and speedy work.

Mediate recently took over management of our building and the difference is clear. They are proactive about maintenance and responsive to requests, and when we recently renegotiated our lease, they were totally reasonable and made it clear that they really value long-term tenants. Very positive experience so far!

Mediate Management took over our building from a series of previous management companies that constantly failed at even the minimum. But, Mediate has been a HUGE improvement and noticeably professional from the outset. They communicate well and their staff is responsive and committed to making the community better. Cannot say enough positive things about how this is improving the building and our daily experiences.

My brother and I, both well removed from Boston, had to close out our mother's condo after her death. This involved many friends and relatives wanting furniture and treasured keepsakes with many attendant movers. All of this happened just as Mediate moved in. Emily and the team have been nothing but helpful, supportive, informative & caring from the first day I moved into my new complex in Boston. Couldn't ask for a better staff to run such a beautiful building, and they will make my experience here tremendous for a long time.

I have to say I like the management team here, a extremely wise decision made by the developer. Emily and her team made through quite a difficult time while there is still some construction/ active selling activities going on. Emily and her team truly make me feel here is the home, she is responsive, respectful and extremely professional. Even though there is some unpleasant moment causing by the sellers, she was able to handling the situation the most perfect way. Thank you Emily and team! Looking forward to working with you more!

Since moving here (as a renter) in May 2020, I have absolutely loved my time living at Port 45. The staff are so welcoming, genuine, and helpful consistently. They keep residents updated (even via text sometimes) to let me know if I have a delivery, guest, or if any issues come up. The grounds are very well kept with beautiful greenery/flowers. Most importantly, I feel safe and comfortable living here and would recommend this building or any building managed by Mediate to friends/family.

Carol has been fantastic to work with. There have been other management companies that I have worked with in the past that have been difficult to work with our extract information from. She has been the complete opposite. Thanks Carol!

Nat was super helpful; always transfers my call to live persons (not to V/M) and locates the accurate info. quickly when I need it. It's great to have Nat around!

I wish I could give them negative stars. They have been managing our all-owners building for less than 2 years and they have done very little other than increasing the monthly HOA by 40%. There is a fee for everything, even for submitting online payment using a checking account (not credit card). I'm not sure if it's because they are so used to. managing large rental properties for corporate landlords, their attitudes towards all of our owners make us feel that they are the bosses, not us.

They keep sending us emails about new rules of the building which only make their job easier, without any prior consultation with the tenants. The bottom line: They are running a shady business whose main objective is to squeeze as much money from their clients as possible without doing their job. I'm currently in the process of contacting other tenants of our building to figure out a way to fire them.

Working with Mediate Management over the past three years has been a great experience. I have had the pleasure to work with Jen, who is fantastic at her job and highly responsive. When work needs to be done, Mediate always replies in a timely manner and sends a team to my unit who provides me with help and a fix. The mediate team is also friendly and I always feel safe in their presence. They are respectful, diligent, and kind. Would highly recommend them to owners in the Boston area as well as tenants.

Mediate Management has been invaluable to our condo association. They're responsive, professional, knowledgeable, caring and thorough. We couldn't manage (well) without them.

This company took over from another about 2 months before our lease end. Per a very simple lease, they were responsible for returning our security deposit back to us within 30 days of the end of the lease and if less any damages, itemize in detail the damages and reparations necessary. 24 days after the end of our lease I emailed Jennifer and she. said the check was cut that morning and sent.

As of 2 weeks later, still no check. After a couple of unanswered emails, she let me know that it was sent to our previous apartment. Why would you send a security deposit back to an apartment where we vacated 30 days prior? No way of retrieving that. No apology just a note saying she will reissue the.

Its funny how the Property Manager who work for the company gave 5 stars. you people are trying to bleed the resident financially. we probably would have a better chance with the Gorilla that got shot managing this place than this company! No responses to email or phone calls is VERY unprofessional you people work for us not the other way around. Don't get to comfortable because I don't think your going to last much longer.
