Be very careful, we were 17 days late on our rent and got evicted. Right after Christmas. Can't make this stuff up. I wonder how the owner of the house felt when he didn't have expected income for his end of the year taxes? Because we were 17 days past due? I offered to make full payment but it was declined and refused.

Horrible was my first time renting and my experience has been absolutely horrific moved into an apartment that they refused to disclose had a major infestation in the building and then wanted me to pay for the exterminator in thier duplex. The property manager is just rude. Not to mention the mold ive told them about tand all the issues that has caused health issues and they refused to do anything about it but wanted me to pay for everything

I want to start by saying how very Grateful I few days ago. I have an aunt who is currently staying on one of the rentals and elderly and I currently live on Los Angeles. I had been calling and calling her with no answer and started to get worried I finally found the number to the management company and called and explained what was goi g on I told them her name but said I hadn't had the address they were very caring and got rite on it saying they would call back a short time later I received a call from Paul saying Ms Davis I have someone to speak with you I heard my aunt's voice and began to just cry I was so worried I currently work at the Hospital 7 days a week with this covid and that day I felt like my life had been saved she's all I have.
So I just want to take the time to Thank Paul and Kelly for the help they gave I will never forget this my aunt dropped her phone on water and could t call everything turned out ok and I'm Grateful

The team did a great job taking care of our single family home rental for the past nearly 3 years. They stuck two great tenants in there with no issues out. They took care of the headache in the event anything ever popped up and were very reasonable in the event something did. Highly recommend them.

This company has a Policy, that they DO NOT want you to know till after your pay the application fee. You have to make FOUR times the rent. If the price range you are looking for is $650, your income most be $2,600 a month; $1,897 will not due; you qualify for $150 -$450 base rent. I feel Impaled to let the people know; the ladies at the front desk will NOT tell you because the MANAGER is against them letting you know for they will be able to get the application fee from you. This company has a disdainful attitude towards you and your money.

This company doesn't deserve one star for the unprofessional treatment we received as dependable tenants. Just know that once you sign the lease, what you see with the house is what you get. AND YOU CAN POSSIBLE BE CHARGED FOR SOMEONE ELSE DOING Don't bother asking for another microwave, because as long as it works a little; you wont get one. The upstairs hvac breaks down every couple of months, only patch work.
The roof leaked at one point and there is water stains on the wall in the master bathroom and ceiling upstairs; they refused to paint over the stains. When we moved in there was a table and chair left in the garage, mop and bucket; along with other items at the house. The toilet stools, refrigerator, stove was filthy, and dead bugs throughout the house.
My husband and I cleaned the house thoroughly and changed over 10 light bulbs out to make the house halfway comfortable to live in. Forget about the dishwasher making your dishes clean, and don't worry no one is going to replace or repair the dishwasher. Oh, forget about the office manager, Vickie being of any help, great disappointment. We were NEVER late on our rent and ALWAYS kept the grass neatly manicured and even pressure washed the driveway.
It makes me wonder if people are just evil and/or don't know any better. To add insult to injury, when we moved out and were CHARGED $125 because we left a roll of tissue, the same mop and bucket that was there when we moved IN, and one light bulb was out and a mark on the wall that didn't match the wall color on the picture that the office manager sent. Oh, and she also said we left cans in the refrigerator that we weren't aware of.
I recorded the entire house before leaving and double checked behind ourselves, NONE OF THIS WARRANTS A FEE OF $125, my husband even cut the grass and cleared the garage of things that had nothing to do with us. I understand the type world we live in is full of evildoers, liars, cheaters, thefts, and nothing good will come to those.
