HA Edwards is great from bottom to top. I have been renting for over a year now at a reasonable rate. My contact with HA Edwards, Garret, is always quick to get work orders in to fix my issues. I also have met Charles Edwards and he is great. He has helped keep HA Edwards a family business. He listened to me when I disclosed the issues with my apartment even though I am one of thousands of tenants. I appreciate what they do.

I've been a tenant with HA Edwards almost 8 years and I love renting from them. They treat me like family and look out for me just like family. I moved into my apartment a few weeks ago and being an older building there were a few things that needed to be fixed. Tray has been incredibly helpful and has provided awesome service and responsiveness to resolve all of my problems as soon as possible. He's made several trips and ordered many parts while dealing with back-order issues and he has communicated and been prompt about the entire process. Would highly recommend HA Edwards to friends in the future.

I had the pleasure of Mr. Ray Allen coming out and performing some maintenance work. He was so professional, courteous and kind. He explained everything to me and did the work extremely fast. Him and this company is yruly a blessing. I've rented from H. A. Edwards for over 18 years with no complaints at all. Great company and great service!

We've had a great experience working with Garret at Cornerstone apartments. We don't live in the area and were moving my son out of his old apartment to Cornerstone and trying to minimize trips back and forth, moving items in and out of storage, etc. Garret managed a hyper fast turn of the unit that included new paint and floors so that we could move out of the old and directly into the new in the same weekend.
Talk about making life easier! The apartment is large, has great kitchen space, and is in a great location (walkable to campus (always one of my favorite features). We've been very pleased.

This is the first time I have ever written a review. I have been living in one of their apartments on Paul Bryant Dr for about 3.5 years. In my opinion they are still the best and affordable provider for apartments in Tuscaloosa. If parts of the apartment malfunctioned, the maintenance had it fixed within 24 hours. Their staff has been always very supportive and friendly.
The apartments are great for graduate students. The neighbors are mostly graduate students or work already. Therefore, it is quiet in my apartment complex. I really don't want to move out when I am done with my PhD.

I live on 13th Street and am very happy with this company so far. Garret is really nice manager! The only thing that makes me slightly melancholic is that the time flies so fast - and soon my contract will finish. As I graduate in Dec 2022, I need a place to stay for six months more - but HA Edwards does not offer a lease shorter than 12 months.

I LOVED LIVING HERE! my boyfriend, myself, and my dog lived at Bryant Drive Apartments for 2 years and loved every second! The management team is amazing at communicating any needs or issues you may have as well as the rockstar maintenance team that always comes to save the day whenever you need them. The location is perfect and close to campus without being to in the middle of things. Overall this was the best college apartment i have lived in and highly highly recommend the space for anyone or any couple looking.
