So far so good I'm still living here. No problems with the neighbors so far. Like everywhere else we have problems and I'm making the best out of everything that surrounds me. I enjoy living here I am very thankful and blessed to have shelter and family who also have apartments here. Thank you Northpoint apartments

Been here for 3+ years. They always respond within 24hrs. Both of my bathroom & kitchen sinks were cloth up & I just put in a issue note online Thursday Night. I got back from work the very next day around 3pm, they were already working on our bathroom sink while the kitchen sink has already been fixed. Amazing they are Awesome!

If I could rate them as 0/5, I would. They are truly horrible. I have experienced many less than ideal rental situations, however PacRim takes the cake. My complex was initially owned by the Summit Group, who I highly recommend. They were responsive and communicative. Then the property was bought by PacRim. Throughout the initial transition, PacRim provided us with no information whatsoever.
I had to call them multiple times just to figure out how to pay rent. Then, my roommate got rental assistance, and PacRim prevented that assistance from actually processing. Despite claiming that they accept vouchers, they continued dragging their feet, refusing to respond to even the most basic of requests for paperwork, until my roommate had literally no option but just paying herself. Their behavior has been absolutely unacceptable, and I honestly question the legality of their actions. Avoid them at all costs.
