Great management company. I thought going back to renting for a bit was going to be a pain, but I was wrong. A very nice property, very attentive when questions asked, not much has needed repair 6 months in, but quick to fix and they maintain things - I have zero complaints.

This company is very reliable and we love the place has been renting out from them now. Especially, the owner Tim is wonderful to work with. One of the best things about living here has definitely been how quick management is to fix something that is a problem. If we ever needed something fixed(which is rare), it would be done soon. We don't have any major issues with this house itself. We honestly cannot think of a bad thing to say about this place and this company. Highly recommended.

Cambiar Real Estate group has treated us very well throughout the term of our lease. Rent payments are a very easy and streamlined process that is all done online. All service requests were made within a day of them being submitted. Tim (property mgr) even came out and repaired our air conditioner late one summer night after we had accidentally broke some wires while weed eating free of charge!
