I don't know why all these people are hating on Bilodeau lol. I've been here about a year and so far, so good. The building is super charming, cute and clean. The other tenants are respectful and the rent is much more affordable then other rentals in the area. Sure, the office is ran a bit old fashioned but I've never run into issues paying rent or receiving maintenance. I recommend the Bilodeau apartments. they're in a great area and affordable.

Bilodeau is awful. They don't form positive relationships with the tenants. They want to nickel and dime you, even threaten eviction (currently illegal) then offer zero services in return. They have an outdated 'us versus you' mentality. They don't even accept electronic payment! With so many other agencies to rent from, not to mention individual landlords who you can get to know and trust, why bother with these clowns?

Best rental experience ever! Everything went so smoothly and professionally including move in, maintenance, move out and security deposit return. I will definitely miss 428 hope at, and Kevin. Because he is the one who helps us a lot by simplifying the process, and giving prompt and polite response on our requests. 100% recommended if you are thinking about moving to providence, RI.

They don't deserve any stars. The maintenance service was usually very slow in terms of serious problems like leakings (it took almost three months to fix the problem, after I filed the case to the Providence city hall). The worst part is their agent and the manager. They unfairly charged me of the early termination fee and a partial rent, which was caused by their agent's mistake--even though I found a replacement to take my lease over (I even consulted this situation with a lawyer). Bilodeau won't definitely be my choice from now on.

Worst property company ever! If you're thinking about renting any type of property with them I'm screaming DO NOT DO IT! If you don't listen to my warning please for your own sake make sure you get everything in writing. Currently contacting a lawyer in order to deal with his property company. Before even moving into apartment I told Kevin (property management agent) that I had a service animal.
I was told multiple times that would not be a problem. I told Kevin I needed a very quiet place, I was assured it was extremely quiet. When I looked at apartment I was assured that everything would be fixed and new prior to my move in. Move in day came and there was men in the apartment working on it. They had started the apartment that morning (did I mention I waited two months to move in due to "repairs") I didn't have a shove or dish washer for the first two months I lived there.
First night I realized this is a far from quiet property. Constantly people in and out; people hanging out on the stair case. One of the other tentants breaks the door locks constantly so he doesn't have to open door for people they can just walk in. If I wanted to deal with that I would have moved into public housing. I'm constantly receiving letters from the office stating I'm voliating my lease agreement and I have to personally go to the office and show them text; pictures etc proving their wrong. It's a constant hassle. In conclusion DO NOT RENT from this scum lord company!

Horrible customer service. Misleading/ conniving leasing agents. They tried to make me pay first, last and a security deposit (which is illegal, but because of my ethnicity I think they thought they could get over on me), until the gentleman, who I believe was some kind of European exchange student realized my occupation was also a property manager.
The actual leasing lady( I forgot her name) was horrible. After she tried to unsuccessfully reinforce the rental deposit requirements, she then tried to tell me I would have to wait 7-10 business days for the return of my initial deposit of just the first and last month's rent. I explained to her in the most professional way possible that Channel 12 news would love to hear this story. needless to say my deposit were ready for me to pick up by the end of the business day. Horrible people and horrible company.
