I am so impressed with this company it is beyond words at times. Our real estate agent Craig Allegro became like our new best friend for over 6 months. I think we spent most of our weekends with him looking for houses. He was so honest and upfront about everything. We had a VA loan that we also had to work with and he did his research to make sure that we were not wasting our time looking at houses our loan would even consider.

He really got to know us and made sure that the house we liked fit us from the inside and out. If a neighborhood or house didn't seem right, no matter how much we loved it, he let us know. It was disappointing a few times but in the long run we found the perfect house for us. We couldln't have asked for a better agent! I don't think I could say thank you enough to this company or Craig for all their work and all the time they took to make sure we were happy! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Real Estate Agent--Craig Allegro. He showed us an apartment and we were told that the $150.00 administrative fee would be waived if we signed, on the day of the signing he retracted his statement and charged us anyway. We let it go. When the apartment above us had a water heater leak and flooded our bathroom, someone came by and put a hole in our ceiling and took out a side wall.

It left a mess and a few full pails of water. The next morning, the standing water reached our kitchen and I called him. He called back and had someone come by to turn off the water tank from above to stop the leaking into our bathroom. The next twenty days we had half a bathroom, strangers entering and exiting our apartment without notice, heat turned on high to prevent molding--his compensation is subtracting $25.00 from our monthly rent and this email response: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Cindy, I understand the inconvenience, though subjective in its extent.

You did have a fully functioning bathroom at all times, less a hanging mirror. As I explained to Johnathan, this leak did not occur due to negligence. Any compensation is nothing more than a good faith gesture. It's fortunate you are not the owner. If this were your condo, you would have to incur the considerable expense.and you still have the inconvenience and can't look to someone else for relief.

This is how you benefited by renting. You're real helpful at 'managing' this property. I didn't realize it takes 20 days to put up a dry wall.
