I gave SMTN.COM a very specific request to let me know when an Ocean Front 2BR/2BA timeshare at the Marriott Ocean Club became for sale. It took a little time but 4they did let me know about 4 months later. Our offer was accepted and we completed the epurchase in June, 2022. We were very happy with the process and have zero complaints.

Very professional company but you have to pay all fees upfront which is not a good idea. i seriously considered using their services but decided to contact my timeshare resort directly and requested help from them to exit my contract via a deed buy back program and it worked. i am financially free of timeshare annual fees and out of my contract. i believe because of the pandemic and it's affect on the world in general, now timeshare resorts are willing to assist members. do your research.

We are WorldMark by Wyndham owners and wanted to buy more points. We came across Sell My Time Share Now ( SMTN).online. We saw a lot of timeshares for sale on their website and contacted them. The process went very smoothly starting with the real estate agent Zach who answered all the questions for us and made several attempts on contacting the owner. Zach also got us a rebate from the seller for closing fast.

After moving to the town where I owned a timeshare, I decided to sell the HGVC timeshare and after determining the best option, I chose SMTN. The process to sign up was easy because they require money up front to get started. Once started, I learned that you have to stay active in the sales and ensure everything in the add is exactly the way you want it.
The entire process took longer than expected and the more you put in the more you'll get out. There only option for a quicker sale was to lower the sales price and I felt like they just did not do enough to drive the sale. I never heard back from the original sales person, but when the timeshare had real offers, the folks at SMTN were quick and efficient to close the sale. Although, the process took longer and the price was lower than expected, I still think this was the best worst option available and the wonderful folks at SMTN did complete the goal of selling my timeshare. If I'm ever in the market to purchase a timeshare, I will buy through SMTN.

August 2021 I was thinking about Maui, and how much we used our Palm Springs timeshare over the years. I started with an eBay search, which is how I bought my Palm Springs timeshare. I saw a bunch of Westin but no Marriott. I googled, best time share company and decided to look for a Maui Marriott resale. I went to sellmytimesharenow.com likely from some other google search.
I saw there were quite a few, so I entered my information to make an offer. I got a call from Owen Hale, the next business day and he submitted the offer. He told me that unit was in escrow, so if the buyer performed, he'd find me something similar. And he did. I think within a few days we were in escrow! Again, this was August 2021. Owen explained the process (slow) and costs very well.
We ended up closing 11/19/2021, but I didn't get any proof of this until paperwork got to me, over a month later. By then we were "in" my "even" year and I knew I owed some money and wanted to make my reservations. It took until Feb 11, 2022 for me to manage all of that. While I was the deeded "owner" it took Marriott a while to "recognize" me as such!
Our trip is scheduled for Oct 2022 and we're all very excited! Other than the time it took, I'm very happy and everything was smooth. Owen was very responsive, whenever I asked him anything!

So happy to deal with this company. You probably have received many phone or mail solicitations who promise to eliminate your time share obligation. Most want big $ up front with no promises on when or what will happen. All propose that lawyers will legally get you out of your contract. And could take up to years!. Their premise is that the time share sales staff did something wrong. If not what is their basis for making it happen. SMTN did what they promised to do. Got a check from them with no out of pocket costs.

From the minute I decided to look for resales of timeshare at Palmetto Dunes. I found this company. The website was well done and easy to navigate. I contacted the sales person of the one I was interested in in the late evening. He contacted me very soon thereafter. We also talked. They were great about clarifying some things. They are very professional and had a closing company that was also very professional. I had been a little leery at first to buy a timeshare resale this way but immediately felt this was the real deal by the level of professionalism.

Buying a Timeshare from this company was an easy, seamless transaction. We bought a property at Hilton Grand Vacations Club and paid pennies on the dollar. From offer to contract completion they handled everything to get this deal completed. SMTSN listed my Dillon, CO Timeshare and closed the sale in about 12 months. Throughout the process they maintained great communication and utilized online signing of documents which saved much time and effort. My only complaint is their high fees that are fixed regardless of the sale price, which they have control over. I would rather pay more if they actively market my unit and get a higher sale price, that is win-win!

The only thing these people are good at is taking your money and then trying to sell you additional services because they are unable to sell your timeshare. They will quote you pricing for the value of your timeshare, but within weeks of signing up with them I received a call from them to inform me of other services they have that could get me out of the timeshare.
Why didn't they provide this option to me BEFORE I paid them to sell it? They also list a service to be able to donate the timeshare, but when I received a call about about my inquiry, I was told, "I do not know anything about that service." These people are nothing but scam artists. Do be taken!

SMTN.com intentionally withheld the most vital piece of information I needed to make an informed decision when I was considering hiring them. When I originally spoke with them, they told me about how experienced and knowledgeable they were, after I learned about the "Transfer Fee", they played stupid - The, "I didn't Know" game. Can't have it both ways.
My Story. When I originally spoke with Brie Green about selling my Timeshare - I was told the closing costs would be $2,500. When I received an offer, I discovered that the closing costs were really $10,000. When I asked how this could be, Brie told me it had to do with the "Transfer Fees". Originally Brie told me there MAY be transfer fees involved - ALL THE WHILE KNOWING THOSE TRANSFER FEES WERE $3 A POINT.
I was selling 2,500 points and at a cost of $3 each - that total is $7,500. This is a gigantic piece to the puzzle that she and SMTN.com KNEW and deliberately kept from me. They did this because they knew - if they had told me about the transfer fee cost - I would not have signed on with them; I could have given my points away and not lost $500. Here's the math.
Someone offered me $12,000 for my 2,500 points and after paying SMTN.com their initial fee ($2,500), plus the closing costs they did tell me about ($2,500), plus the transfer fee ($7,500) - I lost money. Imagine selling something for 12,000 and walking away $500 in the RED. SMTN.com withheld the most vital piece of information I needed to make an informed decision. DON'T TRUST THESE SCAMMERS.
