Wonderful Property Managers Jeff has managed our properties for years. He's often gone above and beyond in more situations than I could ever detail. He has always been very responsive to us as owners.

Have used the services for years and we keep coming back to them somehow, rent is always affordable and does not Increase, this is one of the best realtor I and my husband has had in years, despite we have rented from others, we prefare to rent from them, their houses are always up to date and incredible prices and gorgeous, and rent remains the same each year.customer service is great, i have no complaints. we moved to a new place and currently renting from them, we were excited when we found out they manage the place and it's a beautiful place with surprising rent. Enjoy my kitchen with me.lol

The far most WORST rental company to rent from. If you come across MULDER REALTY please save yourself the headache. Jeff and the older lady who works on the office are beyond RUDE and have no professionalism at ALL. They both will lie to you and drag you along, upon move out they tried to make it almost impossible to get my security deposit back. The home was left in better condition then when I originally recieved the keys.

Upon move in they didn't even think it was necessary to have the carpet cleaned or a cleaning crew come through the home, just unsanitary. Not to mention the previous tenants before us still had access to our home because JEFF and his RUDE assistant didn't think it was necessary to change the locks from the previous individuals. SERIOUSLY this is NOT a company you would want to rent from, I'd rather live in a trailer park or tent then to rent from these SCUMBAGS AGAIN. Save yourself the headache!

This is the worst place I have ever rented from. They do not want to fix anything, and when they do decide to they send out people that half way do their job. They do not like answering the phones, or opening their office up on time, but they want you to have your rent paid on time. They need to be put out of business. They have really bad attitudes when you have a problem with the place you are renting.

Then when you move out they do now want to give you your security deposit that you have paid. They will have up all type of lies to feed you about why you cant have it back. You basically have to go get a lawyer to get a security deposit back. I suggest that you find someone else because these people are just money hungry and do not care about the people they lease to.

Worst experience with an agent in my life! I would give zero stars if I could. I thought I put a review in here but it was the Better Business Bureau. Jeff Seiders was supposed to manage a property for us for a few years as we live out of state. He kept saying we needed repairs so we kept sending him money. He does not keep itemized accounts of the work done and the money being spent for the repairs.

When we finally went down to check on our property it was deplorable. We spent thousands of dollars to get it back to rent again. He left our house vacant for four months because he wanted "Good Renters." They were evicted less than a year later! Then he would make a repair and we would call to see if the house was back on the market. He kept coming up with new repairs every time we called.

When we arrived to check on the problems ourselves, we couldn't see that any of the repairs were done! We got another more reliable agent who is independent and the house has never been vacant! And we are getting $100.00 more in rent per month!

Do NOT rent from Mulder! No matter how much you like the property, run! They are despicable slum lords and will fight any sort of repair the home will need. They couldn't care less if the home is safe for children, functional or even habitable - but you're still going to pay them rent! If you can convince them to fix the place, the "repairmen" they call are a complete joke.

If I was the landlord footing the bill for the services they provide I would be livid. On top of that, they are never physically in the office, hardly ever answer the phone and forget about email correspondence! Unfortunately we already had our belongings packed up and waiting in a U-Haul the day we needed to move in and had to accept the property in a filthy, disgusting state.

The carpets were supposed to have been shampooed before we moved in but we found two weeks later when I paid a professional local company to shampoo the carpets that they weren't brown at all - they were supposed to be WHITE! I could go on for days about problems we encountered dealing with this company. That year long lease was the longest year of our life. Hopefully this saves someone from being stuck in the same position that we were. Run and don't look back!

I have used Mulder Realty since 1993. They have been my property managers for the same home for all 23 years and still are. I have no complaints and have recommended them to a friend who said was very impressed with Jeff Seiders.

Forgive me for the name title but I do not wish to say my name. But believe the review is sincere and my real experience with this company. First off, I will say the initial impression of Mulder was outstanding and I really felt this is a person I can trust and believe will take care of my home. Once I left the area, that quickly dissipated and the service was less than stellar. Trying to get in touch with them to take care of home needs was always an issues and the they never went to the home to check on the well being and condition.

When we finally were able to see the home it was in total disarray. Needless to say I was in total shock and depressed that my home looked in horrible condition. It will take 1,000s of dollars to get back to a satisfactory condition and needless to say I would not refer this company to my worst enemy. I've given reviews on both good and bad service and this by far has been the worst service I have personally received.

Please if you decide to go with this company really consider if you you want to leave your home to an organization that has left me in a bad situation and now has caused me extra money o get in back into he condition Ieft it. Their job was to take care of the property and ensure tenants took care of it and if they didn't alert me so I would have had the option of removing them.

They didn't do that and it has cost me dearly. I cannot speak for everyone else dealings with this company but my personal experience has been downright awful and I just reflecting that through this post. Please consider your choices wisely and if my post helps in you and making the right decision then I feel I have provided a good service to potential people looking for property managers.

Transparent information, military friendly. At first seemed a little stand-offish but once we established ourselves as serious clients, things were better. They usually have someone in the office even though it seems difficult to get ahold of them. I'd recommend them.

Mulder Realty is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. The office manager and his assistant are both very rude and unprofessional. They refuse to help renters and go out of their way to make things difficult to the point of pretending not to be in the office should you go there in person for resolution on things that they should be taking care of.

If you are looking to rent a home in Newport News Virginia. My advice is stay away from this company, otherwise document everything, take pictures, and keep a file because they will screw anyone that gives them the opportunity!

Do not use this company! You will be disappointed! They will take your money but will not fix anything within the home that you're renting from them! My family was playing the role as tenant, middle man and realty company to get things fixed in the home that we were renting. And to mention things were still not fixed! USE AS YOUR OWN RISK!
