Please Note: All listed availability dates are tentative and rentals are not guaranteed to be move-in ready. Make sure to ask the status of any unit you are interested in renting. We do our best to finish cleaning and maintenance in a timely manner, re-rent the units as quickly as possible, and provide as much information as we can. We will not be held responsible if a property is not ready by any and all tentative dates given to you.
Decide if you will be using a moving company or using moving trucks to do the job yourself. Obtain physician and health plan referrals and get a copy of your family's medical records. Use the next six weeks to consume foods and cleaning supplies that will not be moved with you. If you are moving yourself, purchase packing materials and begin packing items you will not need until after your move. Remember to plan for and take special care in transportation arrangements for plants and pets if applicable.
When applying for a mortgage loan, how can you determine the amount of money you should spend on a home? Ask the lender to pre-qualify you for a loan, and then consider the following industry guidelines. Your monthly mortgage payment should be equal or less than 25 percent of your gross monthly income.

Good luck getting any sort of info or help renting from Century 21. Extremely rude and gives the run around on properties. Played phone tag with them for weeks trying to get a property that was vacant even with the home owner contacting them to authorize a quick move in. They would rather let the property sit empty for a month rather than a week turn around. When they say they will call you back, you might as well laugh since it does not happen.

I just wanted to put in my application. That's the last thing I should have done everything about my experience there was negative and News flash Century 21 and for the girl at the front desk you're not better than anybody You should treat people with respect you have no idea What someones situation Might be when they walk through your door.

I'll start by explaining that I am active duty and when I received orders to Fallon NAS I was immediately made aware that it was considered a critical housing area. I reached out to several companies inquiring about rentals in town as there were not many, there was a waitlist for base housing but I went no further after speaking with Denise at Green Valley.
In the months leading up to my PCS, the entire process from the application, finding listings for what I was looking for and trusting something sight unseen, as I wished to get there and have somewhere to live was made easy it seemed like by Denise. I know now the amount of work she put in with the others there to make it all happen was not easy but I wouldn't have known any different.
Even after the Navy threw its curveballs and my dates pushed back, still overall reassuring every step of the way. I eventually got to know Lori and Faith in the office that take the time to get to know you and make sure you know if you need anything, to let them know. The town is small and quiet and I feel very fortunate not just to have found this home but also GVR. highly recommend.
