Services
Check out these brand-new 2 bed 1.5 bath townhomes in beautiful Bellingham! Each unit comes with laminate flooring, washer and dryer. Located in northern Bellingham, this location provides easy access to numerous shopping centers and is a short drive from Squalicum Creek Park and Barkley Village. Dogs and cats allowed with property manager approval.
In order to secure a unit and allow us to move forward with your application, you must place a HOLDING FEE on the unit. Holding fees are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and only 1 holding fee is accepted per unit. The holding fee is equal to 25% of one month's rent and must be paid with either a cashier's check or a money order.
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE YOU APPLY TO PLACE A HOLDING FEE ON A UNIT (1 holding fee accepted per unit) Every person over the age of 18 who plans to live on the property will need to submit an application. All people who will be living at the property over the age of 18 must send in their own individual application.
Tenants have access to what is referred to as the tenant portal; this will be activated after the lease has been completed. Tenants can use the tenant portal for everything including creating maintenance requests, paying rent, staying in touch with property managers, and receiving any necessary notifications regarding their property.

Amber was wonderful with assisting us in securing an apartment for this year! She offered great communication and updates as we moved through the application stages. She was very helpful in ensuring that we knew exactly what was needed and when by the Landmark Real Estate Office.

I haven't dealt with many property management companies, but I have dealt with many businesses in service industries extensively. The service, response and lack of any caring that I have observed from Landmark is jarring. The paperwork is meant to catch you and the fee's if left unchecked could run a person into the ground. Take the time to make sure EVERYTHING gets documented and read everything you asked to sign carefully. No refunds for application fee's. Money grabbers

I've been with Landmark since 2018 for good reason. This is the only property management that I trust to rent through. They worked with me to change viewing times for my apartment. Maintenance shows up at decent time. They give you a full 48 hour notice of entry, plus usually an extra day or so so that you know. All the properties I have lived at through them have been really nice.

I haven't had a problem with mold for years! It's sad to say, but I think this is the only property management in Bellingham that views tenants as people instead of piggy banks. I feel like some property managements expect the worst out of tenants, and well those managements likely just got what was coming for them. You get what you give. Respect is earned. Treat tenants with respect and you are more likely to receive that respect back.

I don't recommend landmark! If you're wanting a easy non stressful experience while trying to find an apartment don't choose landmark! I have been patient with landmark but then continue to disappoint & leave me frustrated! They don't answer the phones, don't return calls & they waste your time. Because they don't answer the phone I have had to make time out of my day to go in and schedule showing because there site is terrible! & guess what we go in to schedule a showing and about 10 minutes after leaving they cancel the showing because apparently there is already a holding fee on the apartment. It would be nice to let us know that before we walk out and waste our time! Thanks landmark for contributing to stress while trying to find an apartment.

Landmark is garbage. They will schedule showings without talking to tenants and even if you reach out to them to set times that works for all parties they will ignore you and schedule whenever they want and blame you for the bad times. They also DO NOT care about tenants safety or longevity. There was a rash of break-ins at the apartment I lived at and when asked about camera's or some type of safety feature they lied about trying to solve the issue and have done nothing. The ONLY thing landmark cares about is getting your money they are not helpful and have terrible communication.

I enjoy the consistency of Landmark Real Estate. I am always told when I get a new property manager, the portal is easy to use, and the leases tend to be very similar. I have found that maintenance requests are sometimes ignored which is stressful when it comes to flooding, water damage, or the use of everyday appliances. I do believe that rent is consistently too high for this community and living costs. My property manager, Cami Lawrence, has fantastic communication including speedy replies and a willingness to reiterate ideas when necessary. I always feel heard by her!

Amber has been AWESOME throughout my entire rental process from start to finish! She was responsive whenever I called - never ran into a situation where she didn't return a call or return a voicemail, which made this entire process go as smooth as a cross country move can be! I honestly don't think I could have done this alone if it wasn't for Amber - you will be blessed and fortunate if you are able to work with her!

When I first moved to Bellingham, I lived in a different place each year- I eventually came to Tullwood apartments and stayed there for the next 4 years as it finally felt like a good fit. Then COVID hit and I left and moved onto the hotel property I managed for a much less glorious lifestyle than most seemed to imagine. Thankfully, a year and a half later I was finally able to move out, except that nowhere was available in Bellingham.

On a chance, I decided to call Amy the property manager of Tullwood who, much to my happy surprise, informed me a one-bedroom had just opened up and was not even listed yet! Even better, it was the same size as other units I had been exploring but at about $200-300/month less expensive! It's a great property, all the tenants are nice and polite, lots of kids around- Amy in particular is amazing and super friendly and helpful.

She goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome while fostering a relaxed environment. The property itself doesn't have a lot of frills about it but it's well maintained, and well located. The buildings are secured and locked for and added sense of comfort in addition to the gated property, and noise between units is minimal. If I ever move back to Bellingham, Tullwood is the first place I'll check out and Amy will be my first call!

We have been with Landmark Real Estate Management for the past 3 years. Their processes have been solid from the moment we signed up to have our properties managed, since we live out of state. They came highly recommended and we have not been disappointed. There has been turn over with staff which is part of the game with such a large company. Each manager has been attentive and responsive to our needs. We feel lucky to have the help of Landmark.

The application and approval process with Landmark has been enjoyable. All of my questions and concerns have been addressed in a professional and fairly prompt manner. I'm especially appreciative of my interactions with Delaney whom I was texting back and forth with. She was constantly available to help in a courteous and friendly manner. She even went out of her way a time or two which I'm truly grateful for. So far so good!

Hard to communicate with since they work with so many properties. We have had a bunch of issues with our building particularly getting access to mail, not nearly enough parking available anywhere near the 6 floor building, and recycle and trash everywhere since they don't schedule pickup enough times per week. When I went to tell the property manager that people were getting towed by one of the neighbors they were quick to let me know that they do not have to provide parking before even hearing what I had to say. The building itself is fine (Samish Flats) but the people are frustrating

I had the pleasure of working with Delaney Miller in helping me to secure an apartment for my wife and I, which in this region has been no easy task as housing can be difficult to come by. Despite the original property that I was viewing not being available Delaney was able to quickly assemble a list of available properties in an expedient manner that fit my parameters and price. So while the original property didn't work out, she was able to help me get something better off, and for that I'm grateful. Very professional, speedy, and flexible.

Jesus was outstanding in his attention to helping us through the application process. He was always available to help walk us through the technology. He was extraordinarily helpful, attentive and a total pro at his work. Really enjoyed the process! Landmark has been extremely helpful and amazing to work with. I've rented from Landmark since 2011 and have been so grateful for their support, prompt responses and excellent service over the years. One of the best property management companies I've ever rented from. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. They never leave you hanging and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
