We are experts in the local rental market and undertake regular evaluations to ensure that your rents are competitive and consistent with the current market rates.

Chances are they are not up-to-date on what is currently going on in the market as they do not own and manage their own properties. Your rent is due on the first of every month. Your payment is payable to Jamison Management Company. We allow a three day grace period. If the 3rd day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, you have the next business day to make your rent payment without incurring a late fee. If you are making a payment after the 10th of the month, please deliver your rent payment, in the form of a cashier's check or money order, directly to your resident manager or to our office located at 107 W. Torrance Blvd.

THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY KNOWINGLY SIDES WITH PREDATORS. They denied my mother, an elderly and disabled woman housing even though everything checked out on her end. She had to flee her last property due to an Intrusive, emotionally abusive and deranged landlord. She has been seeking shelter for months and finally is approved for this property and the ONLY thing holding her back was her last landlord's reference.
She already explained the situation to this management company asto why this reference wouldn't be reliable and any other would be, as well as her social worker helping her seek shelter. Still, they listened to no one. They didn't listen to my mother, the victim, not the GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL WORKING HER CASE, or any other reference besides him that they could have spoken to.
Who did they listen to? THE PREDATOR WHO JUMPED AT THE OPPORTUNITY TO SLANDER MY MOTHER AND KEEP HER HOMELESS AS HE PROMISED. They listened to him. This company is unfair and unjust. Search with anyone else. Surely they atleast have basic human decency.
