Starting is not big issue. The ladies in the office very cold, only care about money, never care about customer rights, they should learn professional service. I lived in 1903 Lawndale for 2 years, always issue sink disposal and switch in kitchen even maintenance many times. The apartment actually old apartment, they required higher standard move out inspection, forgot how is move in condition.
I paid month to month payment after 6 month lease expired and asked office ladies about my notice. They said give us notice couple of days before move out, actually charged from me extra one month rent for not 30 days notice before moving out date. They denied what She said. That is my worst rental experience ever. I never heard any apartment need professional carpet cleaning voice for move out inspection. Be aware of this property, away from there.

Critical: Professionalism Once my lease is up I'm moving.they literally charged me 50$ just because I came in first thing in the morning to pay rent after the third day. Tried to show them that my check hit early that morning like 1am they did not care so that showed me right there they all about money happy I only signed a 6 months lease.

I've had no problem at all! We deep cleaned, bug bombed, & polished everything before & after living here (as I do with all my apts). It's obvious you have to be clean & sanitary to prevent pests. I lived here for 1 yr & never saw any bugs or had any issues at all with the community. Maintenance came 1 day after I reported any minor issues & neighbors kept to themselves & were friendly on Rosemary Ave! They refunded 99% of deposit: I kept up with apt, polished cabinets, deep cleaned it often, & left absolutely no damages.

If no stars was available I would completely rate this at a zero the apartments are infested with roaches the lease manager and owner Karen is in debt and will keep your deposit at all costs and let me tell you she will send this to collections then mail you the receipt afterwards. And her price list for not cleaning sink is 50.00 not cleaning fan blades 50.00 literally we'll make sure to keep deposit plus more.

Maintenance is absolutely awful. Whenever something goes wrong in the apartment they come in to "fix it" and somehow make it even worse. They never clean their messes (hats/dirty rags left in my apartment, dirt and muddy trails from them coming in and out, and all of their trash left over from whatever they "fixed"). My kitchen sink sprayer didn't work when I first moved in so I put in a request to have it fixed, and it ended with a completely new sink (put in incorrectly) and the sprayer STILL DIDN'T WORK.
Overall awful apartments charging way too much. Almost forgot to mention that the first time I opened my closet door it came right off the hinges. Wouldn't rent from this place ever again

Lived there from 2015 to 2019. Was promised new carpet and locks put on windows, as well as repairs needed to be done after Harvey, NONE were ever met. I moved out and they are now asking for way more than deserved after having to pull up my own carpet, re-cualk my own shower, delt with a leaking roof for over a year! Oh and failed to mention my daughter has not been sick of any respiratory problems since we moved out of that mold infested unit! Should've sued you when I had multiple chances for that! The only person that ever cared was Dora poor girl has to put up with alot there.

I have always paid my rent way before it's due. Keep a clean apartment follow the rules. I have a respectable job and good record. This place should be happy to have me as a renter. I'm about to move out due to them renting to anyone that has money. I have had bad neighbors continuously and this one takes the cake pregnant and trying to fight me not safe in my own home.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. Due to the trash neighbors around here. They changed number and didn't give anyone a way to contact them. So I had to call the police to settle the drama Down. I think that was unprofessional of them.

We was living in 607 Sherwood Dr. we relocated to new apartment, and we gave Elite office a note on 7/10 and for move out on 8/31, they received the apartment from us on 8/21, 10 days before Due date everything was clean and perfect, RONDA who has inspected the apartment she gave us the inspection checklist " attached with the review" and everything was clean and she said you receive the deposit within 30 days.
After 20 days Elite office send us a letter with 45 $ balance, they took our 500 deposit plus $ 45 balance and they said you have 10 days the 45 $ balance. I spooked with manager KERN and she said there was a scratches on the walls and the carpet need steam cleaning. Now I have the inspection checklist from the inspector everything was clean! What's that, we said to her we will go to the court and she said do what you want to do? I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, bad maintenance - roof leaking - bad smell - old and not working dishwasher & old bathroom tub.
