I first met Michael when he sold our home in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Even during a crazy market, Micheal knew exactly how to negotiate the selling of my home. In 2022 when My family and I wanted to buy a home, we did not look anywhere else for a realtor, we immediately called Michael. Michael Tarallo is the definition of what a seasoned professional realtor should be. Michael is honest, approachable, intelligent and above all, he is humble.

He was honest with his advice and never tried to push us to do anything we did not feel comfortable with. Michael is not a part-time realtor who does real estate on the side. He eats, sleeps and breathes real estate and his vast knowledge shows it. During a crazy pandemic market, Michael kept us level headed and calm. Fast forward 2 years later, during a market full of bidding wars, Michael knew exactly how to present an offer that got us the exact house my family and I wanted.

I do not usually write reviews but Michael deserves to have his hard work and dedication be shared. When choosing a realtor, you want someone who will: educate you, keep you updated, knows their stuff and isn't afraid to fight for you. Michael Tarallo goes above and beyond what a realtor should be. I can wholeheartedly, without any hesitation recommend him to anyone who is looking to do any type of real estate transaction. He also has an amazing team that he deals with which makes things go so much smoother.

The day was winding down, we had a "no show" appointment, and we were expecting one more agent. I was planning to step outside to allow the broker the space to discuss the house with his customer. Michael Tarallo was not the last appointment that was scheduled. He was the "no show" who showed up at my house more than 1 hour late for his scheduled appointment.

Prior to setting up the appointment, as per COVID regulations, he sent over two COVID forms. When he was about to walk into my house, he was also about to escort in 6 adults and three children. He opened the front door without ringing the bell or knocking first. I was at the door and stopped him. I asked why so many people. His reaction was to tell me I was not allowed to be there.

I called my agent while he stood at the doorway, he became aggressive and indignant, yelling in front of his buyers, and at my agent. There are so many friendly, cheerful, helpful, informative, nice agents out there. He would not be my choice.

We had a great experience with Park Sterling Realty. We worked with Amy Dmytryshyn and can confidently say we wouldn't have a house without her. She's a tough negotiator (got us a greatly reduced price) and connected us with other great professionals. She has a vast knowledge of lower Westchester (lives here herself) and knows what a good deal looks like. Smooth overall process even though we had a more complicated mortgage loan (SONYMA).

I have dealt with Leah Caro and her team at Park Sterling for about a decade and have always been impressed with their dedication, ethics and professionalism. Their commitment to the best interests of the client is well documented and our personal experiences with them, which are numerous, corroborate that very culture.
