David Cordero Is The Best At what He Dose and in Less Than A Month He Had Me In A Home I Really Loved That On The Same Day They Excepted Our Offer And still Fixed Some Items That Needed To be repaired by The Owner And Im Loving Every Moment Of It.

I worked with Dolores Williams on purchasing a new home. She's simply the best realtor around! Knowledgeable and has fantastic connections! She really gets things done (above and beyond the standard expectations of a realtor.) If she doesn't know.she'll find the answer or someone who does! She made a potential disaster into a dream come true. Buying a "fixer upper" can be daunting, to say the least.but she knows everybody you'll need to get things done right and within budget. Best customer service I have ever experienced when selling a home!

Awful experience. We bought a home and Linda was in charge of it because it was her friends home. We had our signing date pushed back numors times, which is inconvenient when we were one of the flood victims and had no home to live it. Which with that being said they pryed on us. Things that were to be fixed never were the upstairs air doesn't work, our plumbing issues are awfulm we were told they had until the first of may to have our outisde windows finish and they said it would be done never finished nor did her or her friend she was Peking for fixed it.

The floors on the porch were to be fixed and they cut one section out and replaced two boards instead of the whole floor which linda told myself, my mother in law, fiance and his grandmother. We were promised we would be living in a home she would want to live in and be proud of but, at the end of the day we are stuck with all these repairs because her friends were working for her and messed everything up that they did.

We have thousands of dollars in repairs to things were supposed to be done brand new when we moved it but, they messed it up instead of fix it. The list goes on and on with the lies and fixes we have to make to a home we have only lived in for three months. I would never ever work with Linda or her so called friends ever again I suggest you run and run first because they played on the fact we were homeless from the flood and half ass did everything and now we have to make the repairs. The only reason that got a one is because a negative isn't able to be applied.
